    When we went to see the flats in Shaikha Maryam bldg, (New building) and we got a very good response from Ms Mona and Mr. Mohammed Aslam. They were very kind enough to show all the flats and provided all the information reg leasing the flats. This building is very nice and situated in the corniche area and near to Dubai - Sharjah border. All rooms are very spacious and fantastic outside view.

    Ive dealt with Mr Aslam from Al Mawarid Real Estate & Investment for a new premises in Al Mamzar, Sharjah. He was very helpful and welcoming throughout the viewing, leasing, and registration process. The staff at the real estate office has been very helpful also. The only caveat was Id to personally visit the real estate office and other places like, SEWA, etc. for registration and it cant be done online. Hopefully, theyll launch an online service portal soon. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
