    The office environment is commendably well-maintained and professionally organized. This attention to detail significantly enhances the overall work experience.However, I would like to express concerns regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the areas managed by you, specifically Yasmeen 1 to 3, Al Muzoon Building 1 to 5, and Industrial Area 6. These areas have accumulated cigarette butts, spit marks, and bird droppings, contributing to an unclean and unpleasant environment. The parking area mirrors this condition, with waste scattered around and a lack of proper upkeep.Additionally, one side of the area has dirt and debris from vehicle repairs and building maintenance waste, further detracting from cleanliness. There has also been a persistent sewage smell for several days, which adds to the discomfort of the environment.I kindly request that these concerns be addressed as soon as possible to ensure a cleaner and more pleasant environment for all. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Its been 15 years since I got my 1st stay in Sharjah with Almawared and since then I moved three times within their buildings only. I have not met the owner but will never forget how did he support tenants during pandemic. Staff is very friendly, humble and understanding specially Mr.Ali . I really feel sorry that I have to move in their properties out and switch land lord as I couldnt find new aartment that matchp my current familyvrequirement but will always be thankful for the great time I spent

    Ive dealt with Mr Aslam from Al Mawarid Real Estate & Investment for a new premises in Al Mamzar, Sharjah. He was very helpful and welcoming throughout the viewing, leasing, and registration process. The staff at the real estate office has been very helpful also. The only caveat was Id to personally visit the real estate office and other places like, SEWA, etc. for registration and it cant be done online. Hopefully, theyll launch an online service portal soon. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
