I want to appreciate this company and specifically al sondos orchid . Especially Mr Usman who explained the move in procedures & why I couldn’t move in till dewa connection done . He was calm and understood our situation especially since my wife is pregnant 🤰. Hence I had a good move in . Also Mr ram assisted to move in and helped with a leakage the same day . I like the place so far and maintainance is good , security and parking inside the basement and cameras . Swimming pool and gym available as well . I like such good management and how they look after their tenants . Very responsive and Maintainence is fast . Also very convenient and family friendly .

I am a tenant in one of their buildings, and overall building managment and maintenance is exceptional.Their main test was during and after unprecedented April 16, 2024 rains. Their management ensured the uninterrupted operation of building necessities throughout.The cleanliness and maintenance of the common areas has been as per expetations.

The security team is reliable, providing a strong sense of safety. The amenities provided are excellent, adding a lot of value to the overall experience. Additionally, their prompt responses to any queries have been consistently impressive. Highly recommend this place for its professional services and great facilities!

Ive been living in sondos zinnia for past 2.5 years . I was lucky enough to get this apartment for lesser price in that community. Now because of the massive rental increase they increased everyones rent but it was within the RERA rules. My personal experience is that almost all the staffs ive dealt with has been very helpful. Even the securities are very kind and helpful. Free maintenance in our building and they are very prompt as well. Also every 3 months they do pest control for free which ive never heard of.Also one important thing i want to highlight is that once my rental cheque and ejari cheque bounced due to insufficient funds. They charged me 1050AED/cheque as per their contract. But after i requested them with my situation they waived off the charges which was huge relief for me.one place where they can improve is that they can be little flexible to everyone like they were to me on payment terms even though its as per contract . Im telling this because ive heard that they were too strict and stingy regarding payment terms from my ex neighbor who wanted to cancel the contract.But overall my experience was very good. Thumbs up to them and i wish they perform even better in the future.

I had rented an apartment from al sondos in Dubai land few years ago from Mr. Akash Kumar the leasing manager. He was of great support and he just made sure that the entire transition from my old apartment to the new one was a smooth one. I highly recommend Al Sondos because of Mr. Akash. He helped me with the contract signing to dewa and move in.The management however did bother me and my family when we were trying to vacate. But again Mr. Aakash helped us massively and made sure we could vacate in peace without any problems.Therefore, if you wanna deal with sondos just make sure you particularly ask for Mr. Akash and deal with him in particular.Mr. Karmon and Ms. Angelica are the worst people to deal with in Al Sondos. They were just rude, unprofessional and totally disrespectful towards me.

He is very nice to support us for any kind of leasing,maintance & payment issues so really, we appreciate his dedication to the tenants & builder.

In my 10 years of experience in Dubai, I find them super unhelpful for minor requests. They will not move 5 days of cheque on the last day of the month to the 1st. I dealt with SBK, Rocky and others. No one bothered about 6-7 days when submitting the cheques, but they cannot help their tenants. Which shows tenants are not important for them. I do not recommend dealing with them!Edit: Mr. Farooq is very helpful always. Edited to improve ratings.
