High standard waterfront residence. This 1 BR frim Marriotts Mansions & Homes selection is rather a good deal, though on 2nd floor, overlooking the swimming pool with all attached noises. But despite the surrounding constructions sites and their daylong hammering noises, it was quiet at night, till 5:a.m. Much better than previous experience at Rove La Mer hotel, where construction moise was permanent day and night and one could not even sot outside for breakfast.The furniture is still in good condition, but the bedding would need updating.There was issue with flies and tiny (biting) insects. The mamagement did send a pest control technician,buit i preferred to suffer from flies than having chemicals sprayed all over. The Deluxe Homes group manage the apartment and the customer service is very reactive.There is a convenient well stiffed supermarket , on the Groundfloor, near the parking. especially for water and urgent needs. But Carrefour and other big supermarkets are just 15 to 20 min away by taxi for roughly 10 eur, in one of the many neighboring malls.

Staying here for 6 months now and a revised update.Security staff is cooperative and very courteous especially the Senior Gentlemen.MX whilst cooperative have their hands locked to support chronic in apprtment issues such as AC ducting and drainage.The outsourced recommended agency is not the best and doesnt respond to calls.Quality of residents is excellent.Location - Fantastic. Proeprty vibe and feel - Amazing.Long term rentals is good.Short termers, which there are many, mixed feelings but thats nothing to do with the Building Management.

As every single project once is delivered, we will see some issues. It’s a brand new building. So that’s totally normal. Omniyat is the developer with the highest quality projects in Dubai. The Location is amazing, views are perfect because all the units have a sea view. Something hard to find in Dubai. You can really feel the peace and breath from the sea! Modern project with large and beautiful layouts. There is a long walk where I love to run and walk my dog. And very close to a big fitness center and restaurants. Whoever invest on this project in 3 years once everything is developed on this area will not regret as all the big developers are launching projects around. I highly recommend not only to live but as a safe investment in short and long therm.

Lovely place to live. Ive been here for a few months now and its a beautiful, peaceful place to live but just round the corner from everything great about Dubai. Really top finish in the apartments as well and the infinity pool rocks!!

I moved here a few months ago, my apartment has a breathtaking view of the water, it is very convenient that the parking is covered, easy access to the buildingThere were some inconveniences with the pool, but now it is working

It was the best choice I did. I bought this project once it was still off plan and no one believed on the area. Now that all the developers are launching projects around people start to wake up and prices are increasing, but Anwa remains the best option as it’s ready. Even though the pool isnt ready yet we can not compare omniyat with those who launched around, and the management gave us a access to a fitness center just next to it with booling, olympic pool, tenis paddle and a driver to bring us there every day. I’ve bought it just for a investment but to be honest the view I have here we don’t find nothing ready to move for this price in Dubai with this quality. Highly recommend.
