I have been seeing lots of bad reviews about the Aqaar maintenance. But it was a different experience for me though. Our flat was in a horrible condition at the time of signing the agreement. But any work orders raised, the team was here the next day to rectify the issues . I would give a 4 star and the team can strive to do more to satisfy customer needs within their capacities. Thanks Team.

Over all, i had bad experience with AQAAR. however, There is a lady officer called Ms . Maimuna who supports and resolves tenant issues outstanding. I had severe issues after booking the flat while taking the possession.No one was willing to listen and my rent was keep moving unused. Maimuna was the one who reviewed our case and made it happen within 4 days of time.I have seen her always professional, willingness & very proactive.

I have an encounter with one of their staff, is super nice her name is Nada.... shes extremely nice... compared to other female staffs theyre not nice even with the condition of my wife, they looked down on ppl which isnt nice....but you see Nada shes so helpful to me and my wife ...thank you so much NADA may Allah bless you.......And again we called for maintenance up till now no one comes ....NAda have tried her bes.... shes not the one incharge if she in a high position she will do more more better for ppl just to put smile on human...

Excellent experience so far. 2 months’ rent free, AC free, parking free, maintenance free. Maintenance technicians & cleaners are available everyday in the building. I live in Yasmin tower this is one of the best deals which I found in Ajman

The rating is related to AASA instead of AQAAR,I would like to mentioned my recent interact with engineer salman from aasa, very professional and helping guy as i found him more better & professional than previous service provider. I approached to him with regard of an issue related to my apartment where he took quick action and assigned his team to do the needful. I also want to mentioned about UPEKA from house keeping who did very professional work according to his engineer instruction.i would like to bring in AQQAR attention that abounded vehicle parked in P3-B5 must be removed from main entrance as it is causing high level of safety risk. I believe that AQAAR team will take action to clear the entrance of building from the vehicle which is parked since last 6months.

Been an owner of Falcon Towers A5, 3 bhk apartment for past 5 years. Every summer face serious issues with air conditioning. Every year they promise that chillers will be replaced. Mutliple complaints done. no respite. They dont even allow installing personal ACs. Only option - boil like a chicken in this heat and go sleepless. Amazing !!21st July Further Update - Its 11:49 PM and as usual, the ACs are not cooling. Imagine how can one sleep.03 Aug - Thanks for resolving my issue. Thanks to Manager of the facility for paying personal visit this morning to check. ACs are all working fine now. Hope it remains like this going forward. Appreciate the support

Madam Roda in leasing department is the only reason of giving 5 stars to Aqaar. We had many complications related to our issue but she was always ready to listen and find a solution. She is very professional , there are some other good staff members are like Miss Hiba and mr saif in collection department. We still believe that Aqaar should invest more on their staff training because some staff members are really have very bad attitude .
