I cant believe in the UAE land available at this price Aed 115 psft onwards with 5 years payment plan.. and 12000sft onwards.. wow wow wow.This is an amazing opportunity to buy and build your dream home or a farm house or a family villa as 1st or 2nd home. Or maybe my husband can buy for my in-laws lol.. 😁. I feel this community is going to be a big hit with so many amenities Schools, Hospital, Hotels, lagoon, beach and many more facilities.. as little far people feel but when we lived in Bur Dubai side we felt Jumeirah Park was toooo far and my sister lived in Arabian Ranches was even far for us but now we are comfortable living in JP.
