I am grateful to Mr. Raphael (Handover Team), Mr. Saeed (Arada Care Team), and Mr. Amer Ragab (Arada Care Team) for their great service and efforts throughout the handover process.The three of them exhibited high emotional intelligence, dealt with my personal circumstances proactively, and ensured I was satisfied throughout the whole journey.I highly commend them and I am glad I got to meet such great people in this excellent journey with Arada.

Dear responder, I am a subcontractor of AL ASHRAM CONTRACTING, I worked false ceiling in Boulevard 2 Arada AL JADA. I have a payments due for over 10 months. Kindly advise me who to contact in regards to this matter. From the contractor side they are saying Arada fine them huge amount so they cant pay us anymore. But as a subcontractor my work was completed and handover to the satisfaction for Contractor, Consultant and Client. But when I ask for my payment they say Arada fine them, so they wont pay. I tried making thousands of calls and emails over the past 10 months. They dont responds anymore. Please advise on this.
