It is a real estate big organization, they manage the projects ( mostly the mega projects in Sharjah and other emirates) They also sell lands in Sharjah by installments. It is located in Maliha road around eighteen kilometes from Sharja city center. It is also good place to work as they have different divisions ( engineering , accounts , projects... etc) . Very friendly and easy to reach them.

This is honestly one of the best real estate management companies in Sharjah. They are very organised and gave me a full month rent free prior to the start of my lease. Highly recommended. Unfortunately my apartment had a leak after a heavy rain storm and they promised to send someone check it out but the person never came. I am giving 4 stars because I notified the building security/maintenance personnel about the leak and not the management company directly so they information might not have gotten to the right quarters. Still recommended

I saw many negative comments here.. but my experience is entirely different.. Im really satisfied with the service provided by ASAS staff Mr. Shamsan. Last 10 years Im here in UAE, deal with many real estate companies for myself and others, but from my experience I recommend ASAS..

A very humbling experience of ASAS Real Estate for Al Khan,Tiger 4.Well maintained building and helpful watchman. The building agent, Shamsaan is a highly professional manager.I had to leave the house after renewal due to some issues, he immediately agreed on understanding the situation.. handled everything so well. We even got 98% of our deposit back within 15 days of vacating the house. Cant thank him and the management for understanding our situation.A highly suggested property estate in UAE.
