Couldn’t be happier living in this amazing apartment complex! The building is exceptionally well-maintained with top-notch finishing and excellent facilities, including a fully equipped gym, a beautiful swimming pool, a community center, and spacious car parking. The elevators are always in great working condition, and the maintenance team is incredibly efficient and responsive.The security here is outstanding, which makes the place feel super safe and comfortable. Below the building, there’s the Azizi Souk—a convenient shopping complex that has everything you could possibly need. The location is truly prime, with easy access to all major highways in Dubai and just 8 minutes from Downtown and Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC)Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and accessibility!

SUPER CLEAN and the layout they used in the apartments is actually very smart, a bit confusing thought as to there are 2 different buildings with the name fawad and each one is different than the other. But regardless, its really clean nice and simple
