Peaceful neighborhood with nearby park for outdoor activities. There are no nearby shops, but one grocery store might open this year. The building has digital lock system. Common areas are always neat and clean. However inside our apartment, we had molds due to leaks. Sealants used in the sinks did not last for a year. -

Excellent location, amazing exterior and interior with lots of facilities like pool, gym, indoor kids play area, bbq area. Kept clean and well maintained. -
