Nothing too much of a problem to solve, sincere, friendly and highly experienced member of staff that went out of her way to assist us and find solutions to out difficult situation. This review is specifically related to Nazik Kabbashi working in the NOC Department. We recently had a complicated resale purchase to decide to progress with or walk away from as legal complications existed. We almost did walk away, as the parties involved before Nazik stepped in, could not instill any confidence in the process at all. As soon as Nazik got involved, everything became clear and the assurance we needed was quickly gained. We got to the final stages today, without Nazik being involved and were making very slow progress but as soon as Nazik stepped in, she accelerated everything and made progress happen regardless of the burocracy that seemed to be blocking. We will build a monument to honour her. Thank you for everything Nazik.
