We have lot of exclusive properties in Damac Project but there is one rule Damac managment applied it’s worstMy expereince is 10 yearsI never faced this type of management..rules is Owner can give POA to agent ? Why owner give POA (Power of attorney ) to agent it means you allowed he can take rent and run away you guys make rules to difficult to rent or saleAgents is not happyOwners is not happy(Owner said let’s Sale this property if managment is worst we don’t care we can go any other development)Even client is not happy(Client said leave it this building if too much problem we don’t want something in trouble for me )

- I made this review so people don’t have the same anxiety waiting period i had due to all of these negative comments of 3-6 month waiting period and to give people optimistic view.- My experience with Damac was short in the EOI refund (14 days period), as all of the reviews i saw were only negative and caused me a depression and anxiety during my waiting period, finally i wish everyone one of these negative comments have recovered their money by now as i am sure it was extremely disappointing and frustrating.- in the 7th of July i made the EOI payment 50K AED, the 8th of July decided i rushed and request the refund via Damac living app before signing the SPA or assigning any unit and even before the project launch which i got my request rejected by the 10th of July due to incorrect documents, on the 11 of July i made another request and DAMAC LIVING APP status was DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WAITING FOR APPROVAL which i in the 13th of July got approve by the sales team and the management, the status on DAMAC LIVING APPS changed to PAYMENT UNDER PROCESS however i was still waiting for the finance approval, in the 15th i sent them of FB and visited them in happiness center same day to verify that the documents are correct and so that my request doesn’t get rejected again, an email was sent in the day stating your refund is approved and the turn around period for this matter is 10 working days also the DAMAC LIVING APP status changed to CASE CLOSED, also I received a phone call from someone from the EOI refund team Mr Mahmoud Saeid which was very very helpful, in the 22nd i visited them one more time in the happiness to verify that the refund is initiated and request the reference number for the refund, i met M.belal from the CRM team and received a phone call again by Mr.Mahmoud assuring me not worry that the hard part is done and 300% i will receive the money before the promised period within 3 days.- On the 23rd of July i received my EOI refund reflected in my bank account.Special thanks to Mr.Mahmoud Saeid from the EOI refund team and Ms.Zienb from the FB social media team for all the support.Note: as far as i have been told that the EOI refund process was rectified and DAMAC hired new team specially for this matter that was rectified the issue.Disclaimer i am not responsible on any delay, anyone may face later on, i just wanted to share my experience as i didn’t find any positive experience regarding the EOI refund online, and that made my waiting period horrible.
