    The entry.. wow.. ambience overall - double wow.. nicely planned and huge development. Good for individuals who want to use it as their own home . Not too great for investment though. Slightly far away from the hub of activities ( Bur Dubai etc)

    Nice opportunity for investment or living. They have projects to feet in any budget. I met of their sales agent Ms. Sanaz, she was vey much knowledgeable and polite. She had spent few hours to brief me about different projects and showed me show villa. Actually she is salesman whom can sell refrigerator to Eskimos:) Thank all her effort!

    Friend of mine living there, it is a nice community, calm and clean, very well managed, reasonable renting townhouse rates, multiple villas types depends on your budget, far away from Dubais traffic jam, almost all the facilities are available, and playing yards available for kids.

    One of the best places developed by Damac. Some areas are still under construction and finishing soon, like street signs are tricky. I was supposed to meet a friend there in Carrefour but streets were closed and Google maps could not take me there. And in the end I had to call my friends to come out of the community to meet me.

    Why there is no juma mosque, only prayer room. Big project without a mosque.I bought one, I would have bought more if there was a mosque.Without a proper mosque ur project is a big zero. No malls nothing in the big community. Where as Dubai hills building a very big mall
