    Very systematic process and helpful, professional and efficient team at the new office.Najouaa has been helpful from day 1 of our meeting with with her and helped us find the perfect apartment at midtown. She even assisted us seamlessly with the renewal of our contract.She is definitely a pleasant part of Deyaar and a real asset to your team.The only issue I have with Deyaar is that any of their own property managed apartments come with tons of renewal fees including tenant registration fee when I’ve already registered as a tenant the previous year.Also, they put the apartment I’m staying in on sale so offered me only a 11 month contract coz of that but increased my rent by 10%. Was annoying but the property is nice so we’ll..

    Today Aug 12, I visited Al Fattan Branch office to extend my contract. Unfortunately, I received additional charges which incurred because of uncontrollable late renewal.     Office timing not suitable for job holders. Morning 8 to 4 pm. Whole day they needs for even single small service. But Rates and Buildings are Good compared to Al wasl properties .Its suggested to extend timing till 6pm and toll free for 24hrs contact. ONLINE Complaints should be available.
