I went there for a legal advisor on the 21st floor. Its clean and well maintained,but the only problem with the lift is always full and there is no free parking,only 10 minutes parking is available.Its a very high rise business complex with a good place for the visitor to sit near the entrance.

The refund process itself was extremely slow and frustrating, it took five full months despite my many follow-ups. If I were rating just that part, it would be a 1-star experience. However, I’m giving a 5-star review purely because of the exceptional support I received from Ms. Khateja Salma. She was consistently helpful, followed up with the relevant departments every week on my behalf, and always handled my calls with positivity and genuine support. Thanks to Ms. Salma, what could have been an unbearable experience became much more manageable.

I visited Deyaar Development Sales Center for their project briefing.There is a parking space in front of the tower RTA board is there but currently its free, I believe its only for pick and drop but parked my car there for several hours and no fine was issued.Note: I dont recommend to park there, the tower has its own parking.
