    Very happy with Deyaar and Johar building for the accountability taken in regards to the water damage that happened in April,2024. Also I’m very impressed with Ahmad at shj office regarding how quickly he completed the work. Not only did he handle the contract efficiently, but he also took care of the pending tasks. He was fast, charming, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended!

    Based on my experience, Deyaar has some good people. Mr. Shijith is one of these good and professional people.I had a complaint about renewing my contract, F10 Al Otiba building, I just did a phone call with Mr. Shijith and after 10 minutes he called me back solving my problem.I appreciate his kind friendly speaking and his prompt response.

    They are good property management group. If you are planning to visit always remember that you should be setting amble extra time for parking as it won’t be readily available below the building. 80 percent of the parking is reserved by govt offices so you need to park a bit far and walk towards it. Services are excellent. All their buildings are well maintained and the response to maintainence calls are way above excellence. All their facilities management guys are clean and well mannered.. had been staying in their property for more than 4 years..
