Very efficient, curious first contact boy at meet& great counter at entrance, we were asked to sit at comfortable waiting lounge due to a short break and sharp 2:30 pm he came with our token number, the customer service lady Ms Sana Al Herawbi was very courteous and helpful, paid at cashier and it was quick and swift. Attended for an Noc signing, valet parking is available, had few questions regarding to a freehold plot development, unfortunately they kept referring me from A to B and c person and nobody confirmed the info I requested. Meanwhile the noc done smoothly .
