I was defrauded by this companys employees. They stole my money and they never return emails. It is impossible to reach the company management. Now I need to find a lawyer and fix the problem. If you have money to waste, buy an apartment from this company.PS: After 1,5 year and lots of mails CEO cared our problem and solved it. But customer service and financial department must improve their contact with clients.

EOI Refund Update:Ellington Customer care contacted me after my complains and did support prompltly via email coomunications as well as telephonic followup and with in frw days the issue i was fasing for over 8 weeeks is almost resolved so ill pay my gratitude towards the customer services (Lillane Jawhary Customer care Executive)At the same time I have been assured that relative salese agent who provided false statements and time lines for this refund issue and makes me belive that the whole group or majority is working like that (which is not the case anymore) will be questioned for his non proffesional attitude towards potential investors and or clients.Once again Thanks Customer Support to get this long due refund close to an end.
