    Thanks customer service Lorvina super professional, patiently listen our unit problem then solve it one by one. All property issues arrange to different task and request for job reference number. Appreciate Emaar happiness centre and LorvinaAfter a week update, I downgrade one star because no one contact or follow up even request made. So problem still unsolved.

    The Emaar’s Customer Care Team, is undeniably the best, in so many ways, from;Responding promptly to all our emails.Keep us updated on the inquiries that are being raised.Plus, Emaar keeps on working/updating their application for their customer satisfaction, just recently, Visitor Management, specifically for the agents viewing request, made it convenient, through the Emaar One App, with the automatic approval, which is a big plus help for The agents and to the owners.Lastly, The Opera Grand building team, (the Security Guard, and the Receptionist) are very helpful and prompt in helping us, whenever we need their assistance.

    The service was efficient, courteous, and professional. Special thanks to Marcelita for her time and work in answering all queries without rushing. Wait times differ depending on the service you require. On premisis parking is limited and expensive, but they do validate.

    A very well organized place where you can pay your purchased installments, service charges, collect your documents, make NOC for a transactions...The only bad in this good - if you guys have a coffee point, serving a complimentary coffee to your customers, let it work from 8.30 am, as you start at 8.30 am. And morning time is when I need coffee most 😂You can validate your parking token here and dont pay for a parking 🙏

    Excellent service even though there were 500 people in the queue. This is by far one of the best developers in Dubai. Handover was swift and speedy thanks to warda, need to get your payments and DEWA sorted before. 2023 is a big year for handovers hence the queues. Parking is challenging in the whole area so just go there if you really need to
