I recently rented an apartment in Emerald JVC. What immediately caught my attention was the cleanliness of the building. The staff is excellent, and Mr. Shadab provided assistance throughout the entire rental process, for which I am very grateful. Additionally, the building offers free maintenance services, and Mr. Ibrahim responds very promptly to any issues. Most importantly, the rent is very reasonable, especially considering the growing demand in Dubai.

Moving in to the Emerald JVC was great decision. The building is very well maintained and our apartment has been handed over in a perfect condition.They have in house maintenance that fixes all the issues free of charge🤩It’s a clean and quiet place perfect for families.Any communication can be directed to Mr. Shadab who manages the building. He is very kind and quick to respond to queries and offers support to resolve tenant’s issues related to living in Emerald.

Hands down one of the best building managements I have ever seen. I have now lived here for a month and everything is clean and maintained. I have never had to wait more than an hour for a response or to have anything resolved. The building manager Shadab is a gem who is running a tight ship. If anyone is on the fence please visit the building and talk to anyone who works there and you will see for yourself.

I’ve been a tenant at the Al Hashimi Unm Hurair 1 building for almost 3 years now and all I can say is that it’s Fantastic to stay in this building in this building.First, It’s Very Clean from outside of the building to the corridors, well-equipped with cameras for safety, very polite staff at security and Manager of the Building Shadab is very kind and lenient and always help us when we need something from our apartment. A must-recommended apartment/building to stay especially if you’re a family.

This is our third year living in the Emerald tower. Our Daughter is also a tenant in same building in a separate.apartment. It’s a comfortable building. Common areas are always well maintained and the maintenance staff respond immediately for any maintenance or sudden repair works.The manager of the Building Mr. Shadab Beg always attend any complaints, whether macro or micro issue, with very professional and friendly attitude and takes immediate corrective measures right on the spot with no delays.It looks we are hooked to the descent family type tower and we will be staying for long time.

I’d like to acknowledge my exceptional experience recently while moving in to one of Emerald Real Estate building in Bur Dubai area.All thanks to Mr. Shadad the property manager who’ve been very approachable and supportive all through out, he’s attention to detail and prompt communication ensured that our needs were met.On the other hand, the building is well maintained, surely a place to live with a family due to its 24hours security, clean surroundings and approachable caretaker/natoor of the building- Santosh.

I cant say enough good things about the management of Emerald tower, They are incredibly respectful to the tenants, . Building’ maintenance team, security guards and helpers are amazing people, specially the building manager (Shadab) who goes above and beyond to ensure a good service through this great communication skills, make our stay pleasant, feel safe and ensure well maintenance of the building! I highly recommend to any tenant.

Current living in Sophia Build for almost 3years now and the management (Emerald Properties LLC) is very supportive for the services and maintenance we requests. Of course this will not be possible without the assistance of Mr. Shadab, the property manager. I am a satisfied customer should I say of the support he is providing. The building is well maintained and secured with cctv almost everywhere. Shout out to the caretaker (Santosh) who is very approachable and kind.

We appreciate and we are very grateful to Mr. Shadab, Property Manager, for all his help all through out. He is very friendly, kind, easy to communicate with, and going extra miles in addresing all our queries/concerns. He is an asset to the company. 🙏😇We love the location of our new flat, it is not crowded, accessible to metro, mall, and supermarket. The building is secured with CCTV & 24/7 security guard and watchmen who are friendly, helpful and kind. The building is well maintained.We will surely recommend Emerald Properties to our family and friends (which we already did😊).Again, thank you! 🙏😇

We have been here for over a year now and plan to stay longer. Its a great building in JVC, its clean and quiet with lovely neighbours.The security staff downstairs, Mr Prasad and Mr Shoaib are fantastic and our building manager Mr Shadab is exceptionally helpful and responsive.Maintenance is available 24 hours a day, and they have always been happy to help us out. Overall, I would 100% recommend.

My family and I were so happy to deal (again) with Emerald Properties!We recently moved to our apartment and much satisfied with the location, convenience and cleanliness of the building - kuddos to the caretaker, Ashraf! :) Thanks also to the carpenter/plumber Arshad.Their property manager, Mr. Shadab was very responsive with all my inquiries and requests. He provided a top quality service which is one of the essential keys for any business especially with the real estate sector. We’ve been living here in Sophia Building at Al Hamriya for almost 7years. So what kept us staying here for so long, considering the Area - not crowded, accessible to metro, mall, supermarket; building is secured with CCTV & 24/7 security guard who are helpful, kind and alert in case of urgency; as well as the watchman; building well maintained.Thanks to the property manager, Mr. Shadab Beg for being approachable ensuring all concerns, request, issues were being taken care of and action accordingly. Would like to extend our appreciation also to Mr. Babu who has been very supportive in catering our queries.
