This was an amazing place to stay for the entire family. Location is perfect, just a short 5 min walk from Burj khalifa and the Dubai mall. Very clean and new apartment in a luxurious building with all amenities one could ask for. The contact person for the apartment for our stay was very responsive. I highly recommend this place to stay on your family vacation in Dubai. -

New 2023 apartment complex. Good construction quality, a little bit less fancy than the BLVD Heights, but still really nice. Good amenities up to full EMAAR standards. In 2024 when fully constructed and handed over, this will be. Perfect place to live in Dubai Downtown. -

Tower 1, has a Forte sign on the building, if trying to locate, when first arriving, bless.Kitchen, & Washing Machine, made this apartment a home away from home, bless.Nice view of Dancing Fountains, ~every hour/ half-hour, bless.Can walk across to the Dubai Mall, & (book to) go up the Burj Khalifa, bless. -
