    I Visited the New Building Which is getting Handed Over, Autograph, it is the best building in JVC. They have always come out on top with the quality. Top quality finishes, bespoke fittings and little extra touches you don’t see often in Dubai.In addition this is a developer that cares about what they offer their clients and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is perfect.Green Group is a company you can trust, ethical and personal with your interests at heart.When we ran into financial difficulties during the pandemic, Green Group came to our rescue to ensure we were exceptionally well taken care of.     I am not happy with the board members of Signature Livings. There has been defensive approach. No community events were initiated on Christmas or Dewali or Eid. To save few fills on service charges, the most sustainable and innovative coffee machines were stopped from any usage.No initiative on increasing plantation.The thousands years old olive tree and the garden next to project was done by Green Group and since then I haven’t seen any other initiative.Please pay attention

These people work incredibly hard for their customers .It may not always seem so when you don’t get a response on email within a couple of hours ,but then you realize that every member of the team is at the site ,doing back to back appointments and they really care about the quality of the project they built for their clients.It was my first time buying a home, people from Green Group kept me in a loop throughout all process. Hamza ,Joemar and their team were opened about everything ,transparent and all questions were answered in timely manner .If there was something that needed attention, they took care of it.     Im a designer and i was sold on their finishing and concept within 24hrs. Unfortunately due to the pandemic situation, I was not able to proceed further and No where in the world a developer will call you, specially in worst economic crisis and offers you an honorable refund process. Its the highest example of humanity and trust and im not the only beneficiary in this project, there are many like me.
