Bought a flat from Grovy. Although the handover was delayed by nearly a year, overall service was good. Mainly provided by Narcisa and Su was amazing.Both have been very supportive.Narcisa has been very helpful through the handover process and any problem I had. She sorted it. So thank you so much.Overall the quality of the apartment is mediocre, with some snagging issues that were not dealt with.But I have faith in Narcisa that she will sort it.

Their building Aria is a very good building in JVC. Very friendly & helpful staff, they always go out of their way to help residents & visitors, thanks to security Mr. Ibrahim who is always ready to assist for anything. Very happy with the service.

I’ve just received the handover of my apartment in Aura, and I’m very pleased with the condition — the unit is in excellent shape.I’d like to thank the staff and management for their cooperation and support throughout the process.
