I’ve been living in Phoenix Tower for just nine months, and I’m genuinely impressed by the improvements H&H has made in such a short time. From the installation of CCTV cameras to upgraded paver pathways and other enhancements, it’s clear that real effort is going into maintaining and upgrading the complex.A special shoutout to Ahsan Ali—he assured us that these upgrades were in the pipeline, and it’s great to see those promises being delivered. Appreciate the dedication!

I am a tenant of H&H managed propoerty - PhoenixTower for the last two years and without any hesitation I will renew my contract for the next year too. The unpararaled service they provide in terms of building maintenance to responding to distress calls is top class. I like to mention here the personalized, human centric customer service of Mr. Ranjan Sam during the past two years is the best I saw in my 13 years of dubai existance. I am recomending H&H managed propoerty to any one who is looking for a home that is safe, well maintained and with top class customer servise.
