My Experience with Ms. Rachel from the sales team was fantastic. She always made sure that our clients are having all the details and documents they need to make an informed decision. even after the deal is done she was super supportive. shes very responsive and kind. I would recommend dealing with her always.The Developer has high quality of materials and they build very quickly and the prices are adequate matching with the market and you can get from them good deals.The only point where I want them to improve is the back office and admin team. but hopefully that will happen soon.

I bought off plan from HMB (Beverly Residence) and although there were some delays in delivery (due to covid), Im very happy with the delivered product. The building is maintained very well (HMB personally rectify issues that are outside of their responsibility) and all of the finishing / fixtures are exactly as advertised.In comparison to other developers in the community, they have delivered far more value for money
