I have purchased 2 units from Iman and I can confirm that their finishing quality is exactly as per their high quality show apartment (which is rare in Dubai) If I wanted to rate Iman a few months back I would have given 3 stars because their customer support was not the best but I am giving 5 stars because of my latest experience with their new enhanced team who is very helpful and supportive especially Nash who was taking the load of every single owner for the handover of The Grove. Mrs. Shahad, who was assisting with the snagging and is very professional and detail oriented (which is also rare because other developers snagging team job is to make sure to find ways to avoid fixing any problem found by the new owner) as well as their new CRM manager who I met once (Ms. Dalia Hopefully I got the name right) who made sure that I am getting all the help I need to go back home as a satisfied customer. Today I also had a very brief encounter with their Admin and Accounting team who were extremely helpful and made sure I got all the information needed to process my mortgage flawlessly. I think the owner of Iman heard the complaints of the customers regarding their previous customer support and is making sure that his customers can get a 5 Stars treatment in all fields and not only their construction quality. Keep up the good work.
