I have been living here as the owner of the appartment and I can surely say it is one of the best buildings in District 10. The maintenance including cleaning and pest control of common areas takes place regularly and the security of the building is very friendly with 24 hours presence. Though there is construction going on in some nearby plots but that unavoidable and the story is same in entire JVC. In terms of quality of living i would highly recommend it.

Living here is great. Things have improved over time. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive, neighbours are quiet. Yes there were a couple snags in the beginning, but staff took care of them (and try finding an apt in Dubai that doesn’t have snags or doesn’t need maintenance). Great place and experience overall.

The upcoming Project.. Going through the Final Stage of Handing over to clients.. the rooms have smart switches, smart locking system, partially furnished, high ceilings, Gym, Pool and limited number of houses.

Very beautiful and high-quality materials.The building delights with its modern look and adheres to its style in every detail.The employees are very helpful and courteous, problems are resolved immediately.The building has a pool and a childrens pool which is not always common. There is also a gym in the building.
