I have purchased 9 off-plan 1 bedroom appartments and I waited until the Completion of the Construction. I had my second thoughts at the beginning, of the Developer will be able to obtain what he promised! I was very much surprised to realize after the Cpmletion of the Construction, that he reached high level of quality and I can definitely say that he exceeded my expectations by far!! Now I am a proud owner of 9 apartments and rented them with a very high ROI and very easily! My experience with the quality and the professionalism of Laya Heights was definitely 5 star experience!! I will definitely reinvest by their new project!!

Recently, I did a purchase deal of an apartment with Laya Developers LLC in Dubai. The support, assistance and the turn around time was superb. Specifically, Miss Layla, with whom I was dealing, provided me the best support to get the apartment of my choice. My relationship with Laya Developers (formerly Aksahara Real Estate Development) started in 2020 at the start of the pandemic. Even though it seemed like the world was shutting down, it was the perfect opporunity to make an investment in Dubai, I came across the an ad on dubizzle with an offer I couldnt resist, a down payment of only 10%and the opportunity to own property in Dubai, I quickly pounced on it, the team at Laya were so gracious enough to offer me a month to completemy DLD payment as I didnt have all the money at the time, something which most developers do not accept. The handover process was swift and on time. Laya also offered me a 5 year payment plan with monthly installments favourable, fast forward to when I started having problems with the a property management company that was not releasing my rental amounts due to me, the team at Laya did not sit back they were quick to respond to me and offer assistance in retrieving this moneyon my behalf. Fast forward to when I completed all my payments, Laya immediately started the transfer of the title. This team of women is trusted, highly professional and skilled at what they do, with them you can be sure that your money is 100% safe. Thank you Ms, Solani, Ms Swatha and Ms Jannah for all your efforts.I look forward to making many more investments with you! You are the best!
