For a developer starting new in Dubai they did their best to maintain good service. Overall purchasing from them was a smooth process and communication was effective and timely. Yes completion and handover were delayed for a few months but that is usually the case in Dubai with most developers. During handover it was a bit slower to reach them as I can imagine many inquiries for handover were being handled simultaneously but the process was still followed as expected. Handover was smooth and everything was explained and the apartment was delivered in clean and good condition. Anything that needed rectification was done within 24 hours.
