    Well maintained community with all services fulfilled .. Gym, sauna, pool, steam, hypermarket close by with designated parking for electric cars and entrance with tenants access card for any barrier surrounding the community. Its abit far but SAFE and worth it!

    The community is well located between EXPO 2020, international Airport and jebal Ali. It has a big swimming pool, world class gym and a lovely community feel. The construction is excellent and the developer has put in alot of effort at an affordable price range. Will become more in demand once the expo site is near completion.

    I have been living in Mag 5 for three years. This place is so suitable for living not only because of the peaceful atmosphere, green parks, but also the facilities are amazing, huge pool, massive gym, sauna room, steam room, children’s playground, you name it, they have all. Speaking of the gym, the staff named Muneeb Ali is so kind and helpful. Always with smile on his face.

    Proud owner of an apartment in the community.Apartments are well made (just minor fixes that will be anyway solved once reported), swimming pool is huge (the best Ive seen in Dubai communities) and the gym is really well equipped (almost at Fitness First level!).Apartments are very silent and the view on the green belt (when it will be completed) will be stunning.Nice people living here, many young guys and girls from different continents, couples and families.It has the potential to be a true heaven.However, since Im not a promoter but Im writing to give a fair view, here below what I did not like so far:- Education of a minority of the people while dealing with common areas. This is the main issue for me, and its MAG responsibility. The security guards and life guards should better vigilate on the respect of community rules, since a few people, probably for their habits, do not respect the swimming pool rules (e.g. entering the swimming pool with their own clothes rather then bathsuits and not taking a shower before entering the pool), and the gym rules (e.g. No towel on the equipment after having run and sweating, not putting back a weight after having used it).Friday is already a no-go day for many people given the higher presence of such unacceptable behaviors (especially related to the swimming pool), please act quickly and keep vigilating, or giving the growth of the community the situation will become unsustainable, ruining the beautiful common areas and affecting the huge potential of this beautiful community.Given all the efforts that you put in creating a fantastic place, you shouldnt let a minority to give such an image of the community.- Internet: this is not on MAG, but anyway its a temporary lack of a service (you can counter it with sim-based connection tho)- Services: this is not on MAG neither, fast roads are not yet opened, therefore services like deliveroo or Uber eats do not serve the area. For grocery delivery there is already a supermarket that offers door delivery, and same for cleaning service.Five stars are well deserved, but please address the first point or it will generate many negative reviews from visitors and new residents.

This is good practice we have from previous buildings compound that proven its success for continues improvement.

    This is a good facilitated place on every angle for all human beings. But one is a big mistake that there is no Masjid (Masq) in the 12 block of MAG 5. In present Ramadan some Muslim youngsters efforts for Mosq so a small and unfit and undirictional room is spacified for prayer wich has no wash rooms and abotional places. So it is my humbled request to grant MAG 5 administration that please also provide a proper prayer place {مصلی}. We will grat full to MAG 5 group. May Allah showers you His blessings.

    I have been living here for the past 2 years. There are some pros and cons of living in this area but since the supermarket has opened it has eased some difficulties. Its a good place to live in if you like to stay in a peaceful and quiet area. A lot of things are still missing but it might improve in the near future

    MAG 5 Boulevard is an oasis in Dubai. Perfectly positioned by the 611 & 77 Highways, accessibility is great. It has good amenities although i never used the pool or gym. The contemporary designs of the apartments is so elegant. I would recommend it for families and people who dont want the chaos of the city.

    It’s a great community to live in .Positive : large studio with big kitchen space and Balcony.Rent is currently cheaper that most of the other locations.There is a clubhouse with swimming pool (adults + kids ) , gym , sauna and steam bath .Very clean community .24 hours security service ( very cooperative securities )Parkings are good .Negatives :Google maps haven’t updated the roads to the community .Internet connection services are not yet available .The agent we dealt was very horrible, ignorant and unprofessional.The reason for 5 stars is due to the fact all the negatives mentioned are somehow related to third parties and I’m not sure how much mag can involve in it .

    Good facilities and reasonable facility management. However, lack of restaurants and other basic necessities like a barber shop nearby. Many restaurants do not deliver food here. Overall, its a good place to live with peace of mind.

    A modern residential complex with mainly practical studios and 1 and 2 room flats. Very good is the large pool and the modern gym as well as the maintenance and security. The complex is also beautifully landscaped and is also conveniently located for employees working in the south of Dubai and at the new airport. The service fees are ok - so not cheap but not overpriced. The management tries hard to arrange the living together of many different people in a positive and peaceful way and deserves the appropriate support in this respect. At the moment, there is still a lack of necessary infrastructure around the housing estate, i.e. supermarkets, day-care centres, petrol stations, restaurants etc. Of course the construction company cannot do anything about this, this depends on the further investments of the city and other developers in the area. Certainly the current pandemic is also having a negative impact. It can be assumed that with and after the Expo and other industrial settlements, the area will develop into a sought-after district in the medium term. The greening of the entire huge area, which has just begun, should also be seen as positive.

    The project is great, the one of its kind in Dubai South.. once you enter Mag5 community you will feel the difference and how the developer put all their efforts and dedication to satisfy and fulfill residents and owners needs. I know there are many obstacles out of control and not the Developer mistake. this falls on Dubai South management. we just need to be patient till development of Dubai South district is completed.
