Lived here for the last 2 years. The amenities are great. I think it has the best gym in JLT. Apartment is well decked out and the management company are quick to help with any problems / issues that arise.The pool is top notch and the building is always kept super clean.

I recently had the pleasure of viewing at MBL Royal in JLT, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The property is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and stunning views of the Dubai skyline. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the metro. I particularly enjoyed the pool—such a great place to relax.Overall, I highly recommend MBL Royal for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Dubai.

I can see there is construction next to it, but so far my tednant has never raised any complaints..maybe my apartment is facing water which is far and opposite of the works going on. I personally love this location and convenience. And for the building quality I believe is really good compared to many other developers, nothing at all to complain about so far.

Pet friendly, beautiful new building. Still sorting out some kinks in building management and responsiveness (but thats all of Dubai). Great location, great gym, great pool, tons of food and services nearby. Dog park 1 cluster over. Newest and nicest cluster in JLT IMO.

Very good building. Clean lobby and elevators. Didnt have the time to try the gym and pool but they looked nice! Also liked a comfortable walking area near the lake with a lot of restaurants in 1 min of walk from the building

Very elegant 5 star tower, style of hotels.Good finishing, with high end materials.I like the swimming pool it is soo big with pool kids area.I have lived in different towers in JLT. MBL Residence has the biggest gym.You will not miss BBQ, as you have 4 big BBQ places.Easy access/ exit to SZR.I LOVEEE this tower and im so excited to move in.
