Great experience!I contacted Daniël Coetzee, a Paragon Properties estate agent who advertised in The Valley. From the start he came across as professional and helpful. He listened and understood our situation and needs. He successfully negotiated our annual rent amount with the owner, among other things.I met him at the Paragon Property office situated at Dubai Sports City to sign the new tenancy contract. I had the pleasure to work with agent Gert Frankfurth from Paragon Properties while looking for a property in Arabian Ranches. Gert was always very professional and never too pushy like other Agents. His knowledge of the area and the housing market was very helpful. I was looking for a property for my family and provided him a list of key items. Gert took it onboard and really helped. When securing a property, Gert didnt step away. He kept in touch regularly to check everything was Ok and helped with specific steps like Ejari, DEWA and move in permits etc. It made the process smoother and reassuring for us as we moved to Dubai 3wks before. Turnaround was very quick, from a signed contract to moving in being just 1wk.I did see properties with other Agents but one of my deciding factors was working with Gert and also with Paragon Properties. With so many different companies to choose from, it becomes difficult to find people who are really serious about the job. Having said that, I had the pleasure of being assigned to Wihan, who I couldn’t thank enough for his time and efforts. He is so professional and did an amazing job showing us the villa and the community, really took his time to show us around and explain everything.Dealing with estate agents in Dubai sometimes feels like pulling teeth, and that’s IF they actually show up to the viewings.
