The building is clean with swimming pool and parking

Perfect spot in the midst of everything. A walking distance to five hotel, supermarkets, a mosque and the park. The facilities in the building are not that great (very small gym with no equipment and the pool is a joke) but apartments are specious with huge terraces and a view to the nice dubai skyline.

Hi JVC community Hope All of you doing well. I had stay in PARK CITE RESIDENCE JVC. It was really amazing. The staff was there very coprative and professional. Outstanding Stay at Park Site Building!I had the pleasure of staying at Park Site Building for 7 months, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The service was exceptional, with weekly cleaning that kept everything spotless. The staff and security were always friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The gym was well-equipped, making it easy to stay active. Overall, I absolutely loved my time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
