The developer (prescott) projects are located in the prime locations in dubai. The key points about this developer are :Value for money: compare to many renowned developers in dubai, this developer provides better qualitys and decent sizes of apartments with a cheaper prices when compare to other developers, which is quite expensive for the same.Timeline: There is a delay when delivering certain project on time such as ( prime residence 3), However they still standstill and didnt quit to complete the project and handover the units to the clients even after alot of hurdle (not to mentioned) they faces in order not to loose the trust of customers they put in them.Customer service: they were some lagging in these area, However currently they have overcome and improved it and still improving to match the client requirements and queries.

I am delighted to share my experience working with Prescott on the recently completed smart home project, Prime Residency 3. The smart home features, including the advanced door system that opens with a fingerprint, key, or code, have exceeded my expectations, resulting in a seamless and user-friendly experience.From the moment I arrived to check the building, Mr. Rizwan demonstrated exceptional expertise and dedication to the project. He promptly addressed my questions and ensured that any irregularities were fixed instantly.While the customer service could have been better trained to provide a seamless experience, I was fortunate to have Mr. Rushdi, the handover manager, available to address any concerns. He provided solutions to any challenges that arose, and his professionalism and commitment to handing over the keys were evident throughout the entire process.

Good service in general from Prescott. Made my first purchase straight forward. Special mention to Rushdi, who helped me for 3 hours on my handover day. He’s a gentleman and very helpful with the handover, even helping me with setting up DEWA and Zenner as I wasn’t confident with it. He only recently joined the role but is an excellent addition.
