A nice place to live and raise children. Every where you look, there are more than ample parks, playgrounds, and green spaces which provide opportunities for outdoor play and recreation.I also came to know that it’s relatively affordable. This is a key factor for families.There are two community centers, each one has its own collection of shops, restaurants and a major grocery outlet.Parking is more than adequate but it can be hard to find an on street parking during the weekend.

Peaceful and lush green community definitely it has home away from home vibe perfect for older elderly parents as well lot of walking area and swimming pool and amenitiesThe ground and podiums floor along with the terrace apartments are equal to a villa

Remraam is a wonderful community. Buildings are not higher than 7 stories, which breaks the norm of block high rises everywhere else. Remraam has lots of parks, playgrounds, and swimmIng pools not large bathtubs as the case in most buildings elsewhere. There is also a school, nursery, mosque, giant and carefour in addition to barber shops, fast food and pharmacies.
