    Hi, this review is specifically for Ahmed Khallaf from the Handover team who helped me immensely during the handover process. Prior to him, I had a very bad experience with other staff from the Reportage team (such as no response to 5 email follow ups, no responses to calls, etc) which led to a loss of money in DEWA due to the lack of proper communication but once Ahmed got involved, he helped me finish the process. Thanks a lot Ahmed!
