I have recently stayed in one of the apartments in Hyati Avenue, JVC I have rented this out from Sarmad Real Estate. I would like to thank Mr. Sarmad and his team in the office for all their efforts to make the whole process very easy for us. The apartment was very luxurious and comfortable, and it included all the necessities as well. I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Idk how there appeared a 1-star-review, but let’s be honest, we all have our pros and cons. But SARMAD just nailed it to almost perfection 😉 Thank you, SRE and Mrs Neha! As managers, they will literally always, on time, get back to you personally. Isn’t that the most important thing, a communication? I think so. For the unit..clean, with a regular cleaning and maintenance-by-inquire. New and calm. Thank you, again, and again, special thanks to Mrs Neha !

I rented a unit in Green Diamond one 2BR pool view, I was really glad with the unit condition, location and price. Mr. Sarmad is really very professional, supportive and friendly Gentleman. He is very open for direct calls and if he finds something requires interference he immediately engage. His office crew Ms. Nimra and rest are very friendly, responsive and supportive. I do recommend for their services wishing them all the best

Really happy to found a team who is responsible. And active like real estate sarmadI been trough a lot of 5 stars hotel in Dubai and was not that happy about service’s and hospitalities. When I came in contact with the real estate. It feels like you are back home the service and hospitality is amazing especially Fouad is always there for you such a Beautiful hard working person. He is the most honest broker I ever met in Dubai.Let me tell you the story:I was working in JVC as a broker and came to Mr. Mohammad Noureddine with my client. They were handling a project calls Hayat residence. After finishing viewing with me my clients went directly to Mr. Mohammad Noureddine and preferred to deal with him directly.Long story short...
