    Overall the experience was good. I was always informed about progress of the construction. However, I have always had problems with the Helpdesk service. Not that they were not prompt, but did not have any dedicated CRM that would stay for meaningful time. Therefore, it has been very difficult to get helpful information. I guess it was mostly because of huge fluctuation. However, recently, I talked to Ms Rahma Tarek. She was very helpful. I hope she will stay for longer.
