    Ive only moved in a few weeks ago, but so far the support from CRM as well as reception and security teams has been very good.I personally dealt with Farah from customer support and she was very helpful and so was Mr Bilal and others in the building.The building is clean, well maintained and all visitors seem to be vetted a lot more thoroughly than enywhere else Ive been.One thing that could be improved is tenants awareness of fire and smoke alarm sensitivity and how not to trigger a major alarm.Knowing a thing or two about fire risks in high rises, I am happy to have properly functioning system, its now about continuous behavioural education.Over all I like the building and the community a lot so far.

    The Sobha CRM does not fully meet my expectations. A significant portion of the staff appears to lack fundamental customer service skills necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.However, my experience wt Aswathi in the CRM division was notably different; her service was markedly superior to That of her colleagues in the CRM team. I sincerely hope shoba management will consider hiring more individuals like Aswathi and focus on creating a more customer oriented team, rather than one characterized by aggressive, non responsive, egotistical behavoir.
