My amazing wife Shadan and I visited Dubai recently and stayed at the Millenium Place Marina Hotel. This is a First Group Property. First impressions were everything which included a very modern, clean and inviting property and a staff that strives to be the best in their industry. Upon booking activities for our stay in Dubai at the the hotels activities desk, we were looking to do a beach day. It was suggested that we visit Soluna Beach on Palm Jamiera as well as take a tour of the First Group Properties for possible investment opportunities. The hospitality, expertise and professionalism were off the charts when it came to how my wife and I were treated on the tour. The whole staff from the drivers, management staff and sales were highly trained, informative and supportive. A big thank you to our sales consultant Tyler Humphries who gave us out of this world service and attention. He made us feel very special throughout the whole process of exploring investing with TFG...which we ended up doing! Tyler over one day of interactions gave us the confidence to invest with TFG and became our good friend throughout the process. He went above and beyond, we feel, what he is expected to do as a representative of the company. The entire experience was nice and cozy. Natalya from Millennium Place Marina gave us this great opportunity to visit Soluna Beach Club in The Palm Jumeirah. The place is lovely, elegant and relaxing, with all kinds of facilities for water sports. You can also find out ways of booking in advance exclusive vacations. Natalya arranged for us an exquisite one-day trip to the location with a complimentary package to allow us discovering the delicacies and enjoyments from Soluna Beach Club.

I had the honor to participate in The First Group, offering and my trip was on October 13, 2024. I really enjoyed it very much. The arrangement and coordination, especially in choosing the hotel and the meals, were excellent,(thank God). The breakfast was plentiful and excellent, except for a little crowding. In addition to the tickets for the visits. As for visiting the tourist attractions in Dubai, starting with the tour that I took on the first day, led by the Algerian sister, if I still remember her name, Tina or Lena, it was very comprehensive about The First Group projects. The explanation and information was handled in a professional manner during the tour. As for the coordination of tourist attractions in Dubai, it was led by Sister Somaya. She truly add value being proactive ,punctual in booking these tickets etc. Coordinating these trips and giving frequent updates made this visit more comfortable and enjoyable. I am Joseph Yamta Malgwi, property owner at TFG since 2012, at first it looks to me as if I’ve invested wrongly, but for the Covid-19 period that drastically slowed down the properties business all over the world, however, my owner privilege manager (OPM) expertly encouraged me thru the period and behold it has now bounced back. Our holiday with the first group was amazing. We had a very good time. We were well taken care of.The hotel was very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. We will sure go back again. Yacine was our tourist guide and he was always in touch with us.
