We were visiting family in Dubai who live in this complex.It is a wonderful place, very well kept and is so clean and tidy with very friendly staff always out and about sweeping and tending to the gardens.There is a swimming pool with life guard and a small bridge that leads to the gym in the middle of the pool.There is also a sauna, jacuzzi, wellness room and games room also around the pool.It has a parking garage with allocated spots.It is nearby to Miracle Gardens and Butterfly world.we had a fantastic time and hopefully will travel there again soon.

Very nice and calm building. We live the pool and the gym. The location is just perfect next to the miracle garden and surrounded with a lot of restaurants and shops. We just love it !!

I would prefer white noise sounds in pool area like before.Dance music all day and my house with pool view therefore I don’t feel relax in my own house.Others experiences with the building was good.

Prices should be cheaper than this since it is off plan project but payment plan is fair and zero service charges is a big plus.
