    I’m giving 4 stars for now because of the excellent support Ive received from the Wasl team so far being an existing tenant from last three years. A month back, I reached out to Wasl customer support team and they gave me a positive response and assured me of help regarding my apartment upgradation request (new unit get vacated in my building). Im currently waiting for the leasing team to get in touch with me. Once the leasing process is completed, I’ll be more than happy to update this to a 5-star review.So far, I’m completely satisfied with the service and the professionalism of the Wasl team whosoever interacted with me either on phone or emails.     Every time issue with reaching proper security person over a call.     I registered online maintenance request and call them as well in the morning. Considering the nature of issue they act immediately and send maintenance team to fix our main kitchen and washing drainage and blockage immediately. Wasl maintenance team is very efficient and professional and very easy to reach them and specially out building security is awesome, as I called them as well and they help me to send maintenance team more faster and out building security always very helpful and approachable. 5 star to maintenance and our building security. 😀😃🙂

    I had visited / stayed at wasl communities like Discovery gardens, Green Park, Samari, etc.. and have to say that they are one of the very few companies that have good apartments at descent rent. The maintenance is good, and the best part is card rental payments! No more bank cheques! Their app is easy to use and service requests are easy to make and effective.All-in-all, a happy customer. And would recommend it to just about anyone trying to find an apartment at decent price and good quality these days.

    Wasl Experience Center is one of the best in town. The building is modern, full of natural sunlight, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere with nice background music. There are plenty of meeting tables, a coffee shop, and even a kids’ play area—great for families handling property matters.Wasl offers the best prices in town and does an excellent job maintaining their assets, which really sets them apart.Special thanks to Mona, the advisor, who explains everything in detail and guides you through the process clearly. She even gave practical advice like using a laptop instead of a mobile for smoother payments—really helpful.That said, there’s some room for improvement in how their departments communicate. For example, at Wasl Bay, EV owners struggled to get parking spots for charger installations, while petrol cars were assigned those spaces. Even after raising over 25 requests, the issue remained unresolved because the installation, parking, and call center departments don’t seem to coordinate well.Still, the overall experience is professional and well-managed

Very first reason to choose is, its near to my work place and has park inside for kids to play.Only down thing is, less security personnel (one person for 5 buildings) and same high rent as per market (no subsidy or discount).

    Securing a unit isn’t easy,you have to constantly monitor the app and act quickly, as units are taken right away. But, once you find a unit and decide to rent it, the app becomes incredibly easy to use. As long as your documents are in order, the process is smooth and seamless.

    The property is very good. Maintenance is good as well. They have digitalized almost everything right from checking availability, booking, making payment... and all they way....and I think that is way ahead of other companies.I had a grievance I raised and Remaaz was so polite and kind to understand the situation and got it sorted out within a week. I give 10 stars for her !!! She stood for the right thing even if it was for someone else and she really understands customer value and satisfaction is important.During on-boarding, it would be nice to have periodic sms or emails to update on the status of readiness to move in or advise about next steps or if there is something the tenant must do before moving in.The on-premises security supervisor gave me a little trouble but the junior security was very polite and very cooperative.

    We are in a process of moving from a Wasl property to another Wasl property. It was nice to have a proactive call from Wasl properties to us during this transition. Mr. Mohamed Ashraf who gave us a call initially was very kind enough to explain the whole process of terminating exiting contract and moving-in to a new Wasl project. Later we also received a call from Mr. Mohamed Khamis, who was very kind enough to provide us with all kind of support related to our new apartment. They both patiently answered all our queries. We have had a very good experience living in Wasl community and its nice to see Wasl takes care of their tenants in all the procedures. Everything happens in an app, which is hassle free. Very happy to be with Wasl communities and experience, being associated since 2015. Thank you for your support.

My wife, who is pregnant, was feeling overwhelmed and frustrated because of the heavy leakage and blocked bathroom and broken piece and the bad smell and insects while I was traveling. She called customer service in distress, crying and shouting i was on the other land line listening and i was trying to calm her down . Ms. Kholod, who answered the call, showed outstanding kindness, patience, and humanity. For almost 45 minutes!!! she calmly listened and worked tirelessly to resolve our concerns, even though my wife was upset. Ms. Kholod went above and beyond, escalating the issue, reaching out to maintenance providers, and continuously following up with her management to ensure everything was addressed. After two months of persistent effort, she even managed to secure an exception to replace a bathroom piece, which we had requested. What really stood out to me was her professionalism and the way she handled everything. Even when some of her colleagues gave us incorrect information, Ms. Kholod apologized for the miscommunication and took full responsibility. She was proactive in resolving the issue and refused to end the call until everything was sorted out. Even after the issue was resolved, she continued to follow up with us to ensure everything was perfect.We offered to invite her out as a token of appreciation, but she humbly declined, saying that she simply put herself in our shoes. Even I’ve been in experience center and no one did help me or listen to me.I’ve lost any hope , no one cared.It’s sad that no one even bothered.Please if you have bounced payment know : don’t pay penalty before waiving , you can pay cash in office. No one ever told me that.I’ve gave 5 stars for unbelievable support of Rimaz from social media team. She did listen to my concern and help to get my penalty back. Would be honest - she did impossible .     I’ve had a very good experience with WASL,especially when it comes to their property maintenances and overall service quality.The team , especially Mohammed Ashraf is professional,responsive and ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.The maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and the staff is always courteous and helpful.The community is well kept and it’s clear that WASL takes pride in delivering a high standard of living for its residents.

    We have learned to understand that WASL not only listen to your concerns but also takes matters/concerns very seriously in the best interest of their tenant and works their ways to resolving the matter in the most favourable way with due diligence and righteousness . Thoroughly impressed and beyond satisfactory. Now we are convinced there is Help when you need and there is a team to fight for you .
