    Wasl Experience Center is one of the best in town. The building is modern, full of natural sunlight, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere with nice background music. There are plenty of meeting tables, a coffee shop, and even a kids’ play area—great for families handling property matters.Wasl offers the best prices in town and does an excellent job maintaining their assets, which really sets them apart.Special thanks to Mona, the advisor, who explains everything in detail and guides you through the process clearly. She even gave practical advice like using a laptop instead of a mobile for smoother payments—really helpful.That said, there’s some room for improvement in how their departments communicate. For example, at Wasl Bay, EV owners struggled to get parking spots for charger installations, while petrol cars were assigned those spaces. Even after raising over 25 requests, the issue remained unresolved because the installation, parking, and call center departments don’t seem to coordinate well.Still, the overall experience is professional and well-managed

    This is my first time in Al wasl, and I like this experience as they are professional team welcoming and asking for feedback. It looks like good community and management and services they provide. I hope it will be wonderful and peaceful stay for whole family. Very first reason to choose is, its near to my work place and has park inside for kids to play.Only down thing is, less security personnel (one person for 5 buildings) and same high rent as per market (no subsidy or discount).

    I had visited / stayed at wasl communities like Discovery gardens, Green Park, Samari, etc.. and have to say that they are one of the very few companies that have good apartments at descent rent. The maintenance is good, and the best part is card rental payments! No more bank cheques! Their app is easy to use and service requests are easy to make and effective.All-in-all, a happy customer. And would recommend it to just about anyone trying to find an apartment at decent price and good quality these days.

    Ive been living with Al Was Properties for some time now, starting in a studio and now moving to a 1BHK with them.Their services are absolutely amazing, and they truly go above and beyond for their tenants. I remember one night, at around 11 PM, I called them because the AC wasnt cooling properly. To my surprise, within 15 minutes, their team arrived and fixed it on the spot! Their incredible customer service and prompt responses have made my experience with them exceptional. Highly recommended!

    I like how Wasl operates, maintenance in and out, payment structure, and helplines makes life easier. Just a little bit lacking on response part, could be the people could be unavailability but would definitely be helpful in keeping loyal customers if it could be more effective and responsive. Whilst giving out the key in ras al khor found out there were lots of apartments empty and ready to move in, but for some reason they were not listed on the app, could be anything. Overall will look forward staying in again.

    Phone operator Iqbal was really helpful. What really stuck with me was his emotional balance. When i called him i was tense!     Hello Wasl Team , I want to express my sincere gratitude to WASL Properties for the incredible support and experience I received during a very stressful time. My wife, who is pregnant, was feeling overwhelmed and frustrated because of the heavy leakage and blocked bathroom and broken piece and the bad smell and insects while I was traveling. She called customer service in distress, crying and shouting i was on the other land line listening and i was trying to calm her down . Ms. Kholod, who answered the call, showed outstanding kindness, patience, and humanity. For almost 45 minutes!!! she calmly listened and worked tirelessly to resolve our concerns, even though my wife was upset. Ms. Kholod went above and beyond, escalating the issue, reaching out to maintenance providers, and continuously following up with her management to ensure everything was addressed. After two months of persistent effort, she even managed to secure an exception to replace a bathroom piece, which we had requested. What really stood out to me was her professionalism and the way she handled everything. Even when some of her colleagues gave us incorrect information, Ms. Kholod apologized for the miscommunication and took full responsibility. She was proactive in resolving the issue and refused to end the call until everything was sorted out. Even after the issue was resolved, she continued to follow up with us to ensure everything was perfect.We offered to invite her out as a token of appreciation, but she humbly declined, saying that she simply put herself in our shoes. Her dedication, compassion, and work ethic truly set her apart.I would like to extend my deepest thanks to Ms. Kholod and the whole WASL team. Your efforts made a difficult situation much more manageable, and I will certainly be recommending WASL Properties to my friends.     There communities are an experience in itself basis the affordability and the ease of repayment for rentals . I would recommend wasl to anyone 10 out of 10 times without thinking twice . Just one feedback and an important one . For Wasl Village the guest parkings are never available and reasonably because these are Cars from Dubizzle which are stranded till the time they get a client . I have personally seen it and witnessed it . Kindly do something about that

    Today we had the opportunity to visit the WASL Violation office in Ras Al Khor and met with Mr. Abudulla Al Mahirbi, Violation Office In charge. we had an excellent experience in dealing with him in resolving our issue. the entire experience was par excellence. his smiling demeanor and pleasant interaction made our belief in UAE and the systems even stronger. We also had the opportunity of meeting Mr. Hassan Khourri at the office and had a very pleasant conversation with him as well. Me and my family are Golden visa holders and are grateful to their highnesses for the honor bestowed on us.     Hello,In spite of Wasl Disappointing us by throwing penalties on early termination even after submitting them the required letters, It was a bad experience because I believe there are no humans sitting behind with emotions. They dint even allow me to transfer the unit and putting all the useless clauses.However during the above bad experience i met Mohammed Ghanem and i must appreciate his professionalism and he has been a great guide during the bad experience. He was so polite and humble and has great knowledge the best part of him is to be Positive and be optimistic. I felt comfortable talking to him and explaining the concern that i am facing with Wasl i believe he was the only person who understood my concern.     Definitely need to update my comments from last time as my experience with Wasl took a 360 turn after my case was handled by Aya. I must say she is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced as she managed the situation very well and handled everything from start to finish, including calming us down, getting engineers to our house immediately and fixing the issue in a weeks time.I am happy with the services we received and only hoping that I don’t have to go through the entire process ever again.I did say I wouldn’t recommend Wasl to my friends and family in my previous comment, definitely taking this statement back.Well done Wasl and especially to your entire team! “Teamwork makes the dream work”

    Support from WASL is great. Starting from identifying the flat, handover, documentation works and post support are excellent. Even the call got disconnected, they called me back to check, my issue was resolved.

Additionally, the parking contract is not aligned with my apartment lease, meaning if I decide to leave, I would lose four months of payment unless Wasl decides to show fairness. While I appreciate Ms. Ayath’s efforts, the overall approach by Wasl remains disappointing and lacks customer consideration

Even I’ve been in experience center and no one did help me or listen to me.I’ve lost any hope , no one cared.It’s sad that no one even bothered.Please if you have bounced payment know : don’t pay penalty before waiving , you can pay cash in office. No one ever told me that.I’ve gave 5 stars for unbelievable support of Rimaz from social media team. She did listen to my concern and help to get my penalty back. Would be honest - she did impossible .     I was so glad that Wasl has established this online application where you can completely rent an apartment without meeting any agent. It saves time and effort because it is so flexible.
