    I lived in the Binghatti Gate apartments in JVC with my family. The team assisted with all our needs, and the prices were very reasonable, even during the New Year period. The New Year fireworks were clearly visible from the window. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities, from a parking spot to high-speed Wi-Fi. Both the apartment and the neighborhood are very new, fully furnished, and equipped with top-quality appliances, including TVs, a gas stove, and more. Many thanks to the team for making our stay as comfortable as possible!

As this was our first visit to Dubai, we were excited and had high expectations, and this hotel did not disappoint.Accommodation:The apartment we booked was spacious and well-equipped, offering stunning views of the city skyline. The living area was comfortable, perfect for family gatherings after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, which made it easy for us to prepare meals when we chose to eat in.Amenities:The hotel offered a fantastic range of amenities, including a well-maintained pool and a fitness center. We particularly enjoyed where we could relax while taking in the views.Service:The staff Mr Vishnu and Mr Rajesh from Airas was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. From the check-in process to housekeeping, everything was handled efficiently and with a smile.Overall Experience:Our stay at PG Upper house made our Dubai truly memorable. The combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service made it the perfect choice for our family getaway.     I stayed in one of their properties for 2 months (due to circumstances I had to keep extending the booking every week). They gave me a lot of flexibility and they were wonderful. My point of contact was Vishnu. Vishnu ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible. The property was also very nice and located at a central location in Dubai.

    The experience was good and the room was pretty nice. The cleanliness and service as top notch. breakfast spread was excellent and there were many varieties of food on a Sunday. the staff was extremely courteous and responsive. the view from the rooftop was mesmerizing. would recommend this property..!!!

    I have no words for this property. The view is just amazing and the room was very pretty. The staff is amazing the checkin procedure is very simple and quick. The breakfast was amazing with good spread. Highly recommended if your looking for a luxury and leasure time.

    +: nice environment. Lots of shops nearby. Underground parking.Special mention to the first employee who welcomed me at reception and helped set up my things.-: Accommodation a little small: not possible to open a suitcase and leave it open.Too much furniture on the balcony, you cant move around there.Small clothes dryer.No hangers.Like many accommodations in Dubai: wind tunnel noise which prevents you from sleeping without earplugs.Despite everything, I could return to the residence.
