AYA boutique is amazing holiday home with the leadership of Mr. Mohammed Dahmani and his team Mr. Hafiz made my stay really enjoyable and very smooth.. from start of booking until leaving.. they provided 5 star services .. the Room was very clean and beautiful with warm atmosphere .. the unit at city walk well furnished and maintainedThanks AYA for job well doneDefinitely it will be my favourite stays whenever coming back to Dubai

The Apartment was great and met all our requirements.The outloook was fabulous and the apartment was light and airy.Fitness Centre and Pool were fantastic.The apartment staff were always friendly and welcoming.Navruza from AYA property management was really professional and kind. She was very quick to answer and attend to all our needs. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and Frederick the cleaner was very nice and thorough with his presentation when we arrived.I would recommend Fredericks quality service to anyone.Thanks for the stay,Steve Cosgrave.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth of Dubia. After 3 months I again came back and enjoyed my twelve-night stay, the apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The best view of the swimming pool🥰 and very close to the gym 🤗. The apartment was very handy for the metro, bus and train to the airport, I liked the location which was perfectly close to the city centre and attractions. Thanks, Mr.Muhamed and Afsal for a warm welcome and your good services. Hoping to be back to my second home AYA😅.

Loved the personalized service and smiley supportive staff. Thank you guys for an amazing experience. From the moment I walked met with accommodating staff who went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.The room was spacious & clean with all the amenities I needed for.The location was also perfect with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.I would highly recommend the Aya to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay and I cant wait to return for my next visit.

I had a fantastic stay at an Aya Boutique Holiday Home apartment in Dubai! The space was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the city. Our stay was amazing, I would highly recommend this apartment.Check in was smooth and the apartment was so clean and modern, it has everything you need. We have stayed in many hotels and apartments in Dubai and this is definitely top of my list it’s Right on JBR so close to all restaurants and shops. Looking forward to returning .
