    Our staying in Deluxe holidays home was very excellent and they were ready always to make aservice to us. When I checked the kitchen it was not a convenient pot for cooking and I asked them . The next day, they brought us new pots. I really enjoyed cooking , living from a coffee maker. Everything was excellent, and nature was wonderful. In the early morning, I usually go out of the balcony and sit, and grab of Nespresso was so dreadfully. We have booked for 15 nights but unfortunately our plans have changed and we need to come back 2 days earlier. So when I asked from service, our rest of 2 nights money returning was not available. However without it also we were really satisfied from apartment

    We highly recommend the accommodation we had in Dubai, Anantara, North Royal Residence. The apartment was spacious, clean beautifully furnished with modern amenities that made it feel like a home. The location was perfect, close to some local restaurants, a shop downstairs at the reception, 30min from major attractions, yet in a peaceful neighbourhood that offered a serene retreat after a long busy day. The area is quiet, perfect for families.

    I havent personally stayed at Deluxe Holiday Homes, but from what Ive seen, its a stunning property. The location is simply amazing, and the overall atmosphere is very appealing. Although I didnt have the opportunity to book a stay there during my visit, I was so impressed that I seriously considered extending my trip just to experience it. If youre looking for a beautiful and luxurious place to stay in Dubai, Deluxe Holiday Homes seems like an excellent choice.

    Loved our stay at the 5BR villa on frond E.We stayed as a group of 8 people - the rooms were clean and well decorated most with en-suites.We felt very safe on the fronds with the security on the gates.Each bathroom has soap, shower gel etc which was good!Saad Anwar was our check in and check out officer - he was very helpful and attentive. :)

    Our stay at this accommodation was overall very pleasant. The facilities were well-maintained, and the ambiance was excellent for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Mr. Shafeek Ali, who managed our check-in, was unprofessional and did not handle the process efficiently. This created unnecessary stress at the beginning of our stay, which could have been avoided with better training or attitude.Aside from this initial issue, the rest of the staff were polite and attentive, ensuring that our experience improved throughout the stay. I hope the management addresses this concern, as it would elevate the overall experience for future guests.

    The apartment is spacious, well equipped, light-flooded. There is a supermarket right at the entrance in the building which proves very handy.The only minus is that there is a construction site opposite the building and there is noise all night. For the time being, at least. :)

    We stayed at Azizi Gardens in Meydan. easy access area, new, clean and very safe. The apartment was on the 3rd floor facing the back giving us a good view of Burj Khalifa.     It has been a really memorable stay for us. Loved the apartment and its amenities and was so tastefully furnished. The view is to die for.The 360 degree view of Dubai from the Sky track on the 42nd floor was really amazing. It apparently holds the Guinness record for the highest running track in the world. Overall an amazing apartment and building.Special thanks to the hosts who were always available to answer or attend to any query. Mr Saleem who helped us check in and Mr Saad who assisted our check out were very kind and courteous. Thank you all once again and will sure look forward to stay here on my next visit. Ciao!!

    Fantastic experience with DHH on a Palm Jumeirah Villa we rented at the beginning of May. Booked through the agent during the phone call, paid by payment link. Deposit was handed to the company in cash at the property. No issues at all with getting the deposit back.They allowed us early check in which was great of them, no extra cost. The agent was at the property on time for us to check in.Great experience, will definitely use you again. And, the villa was fantastic; clean, big and as shown in the photos.Thanks very much, excellent experience, which is sometimes quite hard to find in Dubai.

    Everything is perfect! Starting from the moment of check-in. We arrived late and checked in after 10:00 pm, without any obstacles or delays. The large apartment exceeded all our expectations. Magnificent design, comfortable and beautiful furniture, functional kitchen. There are all the necessary utensils and cleaning products. Amazing views from all windows and from the balcony of Dubai Marina. The biggest advantage of these apartments is that they have an ideal location. There is an excellent beach, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport within walking distance. The tram stop is immediately opposite the exit from the building. We are very grateful to Athar for a wonderful holiday. We hope to return here again.

    Better late than never…We had a lovely stay with my family. The service was top notch and a special shout-out goes to Shabahir who made our stay especially memorable. A super special shout-out also goes to the other teams as well.     Adel is a very professional and comforting agent at Deluxe. He ensured I had a good and comfortable stay. He even checked everything beforehand to ensure it was a smooth check in.Overall its been peaceful. The locality is a little far from the nearby supermarket and definitely far from the metro but the flat is very very comfortable.My only issue was with the customer support delays on helping out with some services in the flat. But overall, its been good so far. Good choice for a long term stay.

    Stayed here for a special occasion. From the moment we checked in staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had an exceptional view. Took a nap in the afternoon and woke up to seeing the beautiful sunset through the window, what a villa on a beach. Saad manager was super courteous.Located right in the heart of the city THE PALM. Easy access to public transportation and close by many attractions. Deluxe service is exceptional and is a must have service.

    The apartment was good and in check in we were contacted by Adel which he made everything smooth. our only problem was with the access card which took 7days out of our 10 to receive it. They keep telling us they sent an email everyday and when we go to reception there’s nothing! And the same circle goes on every single day! Till we sent an email then we finally got it. During the checkout we got Shabahir and he was such a great person honestly which made our last day special seeing someone from the team with much care.Thank you.

    This was our first time in Dubai and we could not have chosen a better place than the Royal Anwaj Residence North, Palm Jumeirah. We loved the location on the Palm Jumeriah. Every morning and night we would look out on our balcony to beautiful views. We had access to a private beach with chairs provided.Our host Athar Ahmed from Deluxe Holiday Homes was amazing. He guided us through before our arrival and answered all of our questions throughout, even on his day off. Nothing was too much for him or the Deluxe Holiday Homes staff. This made things easier where one could truly relax.The accommodations were lovely and clean. It was like being a home away from home with all of the appliances. We cannot see ourselves staying anywhere different on our future trips to Dubai.
