Apartment is clean , management is helpful , security specially in night shift wonderful person and very helpful. I had no issue staying in that apartment. Dubai Mall 1 minute walk away , grocery store Carrefour also at walking distance , anytime taxi is available if you don’t want to order crème you can catch taxi right front of apartment .

We spent our stays in three different kings homes apartments and the experience shows the quality of the rooms, everything is comfortable and smart, balconies enjoying a good area and beautiful views of downtown Dubai, great location for walking throughout the canal and go to Dubai Mall. the room agent Mr Sultan provided us a better service during our stay, always ready to satisfy our needs. Thanks to Mr Sultan, I recommend these apartments to tourists, it is better than hotels and more comfortable

We had a wonderful studio apartment, dining area, a seprate kitchenette which was fully equipped with cups cutlery pots and pans.Rooms were very neat and clean…Highly recommended….Need to say Sultan was helping us whenever v required… He was available 24/7….Appreciate ur kindness Sultan….Not but the least the main attraction was it is just close to Dubai mall… just walk away… v enjoyed going there many times walking…

Much bigger than expected, and you can walk through the hotel and overpass to Dubai mall, avoiding the walk around and heat that Google maps suggests. Was only there a night but could be suitable for longer stays. You can contact Sultan directly

We lived in two rooms, a living room, three bathrooms, and 2 balconies. To be honest, it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever lived in. Quiet, clean, elegant, tidy, spacious, and sophisticated in the same manner as Mr. Sultan 👍🏻. He was the utmost in respect and taste. He completed the apartment procedures quickly, and payment was made directly to my Saudi ATM, and I did not feel any complications or delays. He communicated quickly on WhatsApp, may God reward him all Good 👍🏻👍🏻 and the cleaning lady is quick and clean. The apartment is very quiet and the place has a wonderful view and is close to the promenade and the marina and next to all services from markets and restaurants.
