He gave me a wonderfully kind and warm welcome - after such a difficult ride into Dubai, I was so grateful for Shareef’s graciousness and top tier best service.     What a great place to stay with a wonderful pool that over looks all of dubai in love with the view couldn’t leave the balcony. The staff is so helpful and welcoming couldn’t be any better thx for everything

    Five stars to the apartment manager, Vishnu, Very very kind and polite. Disposal to solve any issue we had (for example he found us the A/C adaptor for chargers and the tv tuner).Nice apartment, with a special view on the fountains and the Burji Khalifa.Clean apartment with all comforts.Master bedroom very large, second bedroom very small, but comfortable. Just for Kids.The swimming pool is always without sun. Unuseful. But the position is very special. Near every amenities. Good gym.Overall excellent stay. 8/10.

    We stayed for a month at Primestay in Dubai Creek Harbor. The apartment was excellent, price was much better compared to AirBnb, and their teams were very responsive and helpful with any issues such as maintenance, amenities, etc. The decor and view of the apartment was great. Special thanks to Sabina, MJ and Arshad for their support throughout. Would definitely recommend Primestay to anyone in dubai.

    I would like to highlight the excellent work of the PrimeStay team that we - family with two 10-year twins encountered when renting the Marina Vista apartment on Airbnb. The apartment was in excellent condition, I would also like to underline the great support that we received from the concierge Azaraf, who quickly managed all our requests. I would highly recommend this hostess.

    Truly enjoyed my stay at Marina Vista in Dubai Harbour. The location was perfect to attend the Dubai International boat Show and to get around the city. PrimeStay has handled my booking and queries in prompt manners. The apartment was beautifully designed with a minimalist feel and harmony of colours through the space. Facilities were top notch.     I booked a room for half a month on a business trip to Dubai. The location is very good, very close to dubai mall, you can see the beautiful scenery in every room of the house, you can see the Dubai Fountain in the living room, the items in the house are very new, there is no trace of use. Elvis service is very good, every day to answer questions in a timely manner, can give people a feeling of home, will continue to stay next time

From our agent Alvin who wait and organized the unit down to his team management, maintenance and cleaning team.     Booked and stayed in 1bedroom apartment in Damac Maison Prive. It’s actually in Business Bay so don’t go out during rush hour as the traffic a little bit annoying maybe just because of the Season but the place is awesome with the necessary amenities, service of the staff from front to back office are very responsive.     Everything went pretty smoothly, choosing an apartment, paying, signing a contract, solving problems. There were moments when neighbors interfered and the company tried to respond, to help solve the problem. Of the cons, buying a new iron. I dont think we broke it somehow, its just his time, but we were asked to buy a new one, maybe its logical. But a slight aftertaste remained 😀

    Overall great and professional experience. Rented a 2 bedroom from them for 2 months in Dubai creek harbour ( harbour gate tower 2) and the flat was very clean , had all amenities we needed. First few days we had some issues with the washing machine which was replaced after a few phone calls. Deposit was also refunded about 10 days after we left and on time. Overall highly recommend prime stay and would happily book with them again.

    Stayed at the Place Residence unit 2812, Amazing apartment, amazing view of the Habor creek, very clean apartment. cant ask for more during my 8 days stay at this apartment. The check in and check out consiage was so professional and helpful with navigating the area. I didnt get to use the swimming pool, but thier gym i well equioed for my worlut needs.     I have been living in Prime Views for almost a year now through Prime Stay Vacation Homes. When we arrived the furniture was premium and clean and exceeded our expectations. Townsquare is lovely community with restaurants and shops within walking distance.Would only recommend a long mirror for ladies in the room.Only a slight delay in receiving the deposit back (only 2 days late and reflects immediately in your account when they do it).But experience with Primestay was exceptional and especially Adam who had to deal with any queries I had.

    I have recently had my brother visiting Dubai, and needed to find a place in Downtown - my choice fell on PrimeStay and guys did whats needed professionally. Shout out to Alvis (Elvis), the concierge/host for having a smooth check-in and check-out for my brothers family.

    Damac Hills Carson is the perfect place to stay. I recommend this location to stay and PrimeStay will welcome like a VIP. And concierge Raymond explain to me everything and showed everything is working perfectly. Kudos to this company.

    Weve rented an apartment in Panoramic Tower, Marina from these guys. Everything was nice. Affordable price, perfect location, good building with good maintenance, nice apartment, very good cleaning. Our manager was Adam - very supportive person. All our requests were satisfied properly.I would certainly recommend PSVH agency for residential rent in Dubai!
