    Our stay at PrimeStay was exceptional. The accommodation was excellently comfortable and spotless. Every amenity worked perfectly.     We stayed for a month at Primestay in Dubai Creek Harbor. The apartment was excellent, price was much better compared to AirBnb, and their teams were very responsive and helpful with any issues such as maintenance, amenities, etc. The decor and view of the apartment was great. Special thanks to Sabina, MJ and Arshad for their support throughout. Would definitely recommend Primestay to anyone in dubai.

    Truly enjoyed my stay at Marina Vista in Dubai Harbour. The location was perfect to attend the Dubai International boat Show and to get around the city. PrimeStay has handled my booking and queries in prompt manners. The apartment was beautifully designed with a minimalist feel and harmony of colours through the space. Facilities were top notch.     Five stars to the apartment manager, Vishnu, Very very kind and polite. Disposal to solve any issue we had (for example he found us the A/C adaptor for chargers and the tv tuner).Nice apartment, with a special view on the fountains and the Burji Khalifa.Clean apartment with all comforts.Master bedroom very large, second bedroom very small, but comfortable. Just for Kids.The swimming pool is always without sun. Unuseful. But the position is very special. Near every amenities. Good gym.Overall excellent stay. 8/10.

    I very rarely leave reviews, however, this is one business that is most dessrving one,..! the service was literally more than I had ever experienced. From our agent Alvin who wait and organized the unit down to his team management, maintenance and cleaning team.     I booked a one bedroom apartment from Gardenia livings Arjan . The apartment was beautiful , tastefully decorated and clean. The swimming pool, sauna room and the gym was well maintained and clean. The guest relation agent Mr Vishal was very keen to help, very smooth service from reservation until the end of my day.     Booked and stayed in 1bedroom apartment in Damac Maison Prive. It’s actually in Business Bay so don’t go out during rush hour as the traffic a little bit annoying maybe just because of the Season but the place is awesome with the necessary amenities, service of the staff from front to back office are very responsive. Thanx to Cecil for my request was been attended immediately. Highly recommended them.

    Overall great and professional experience. Rented a 2 bedroom from them for 2 months in Dubai creek harbour ( harbour gate tower 2) and the flat was very clean , had all amenities we needed. First few days we had some issues with the washing machine which was replaced after a few phone calls. Deposit was also refunded about 10 days after we left and on time. Overall highly recommend prime stay and would happily book with them again.

    Everything went pretty smoothly, choosing an apartment, paying, signing a contract, solving problems. There were moments when neighbors interfered and the company tried to respond, to help solve the problem. Of the cons, buying a new iron. I dont think we broke it somehow, its just his time, but we were asked to buy a new one, maybe its logical. But a slight aftertaste remained 😀
