This apartment is amazing and beautiful, the directions were clear enough to get there by night.Great location close to transportation and Marina Mall. Everything found inside the complex easily reached just have to walk around a bit.Peters team welcome us with fresh fruits and water gallons for the whole trip and was always there to advice.Felt very secure and welcoming during my stay.The maintenance of the apartment needs to be improve due to an odd odor and fix the focetin the first bathroom from a leak.Thank you guys again for the hospitality and great experience.

We and our daughters family stayed on the Palm over Christmas in the spacious apartment in Shoreline Building 19 on The Palm. It is in the next block to our son and his family, so ideal. The firm was very responsive with some problems we had though fixing them first time was a challenge. All in all a very good place from which to enjoy Dubai.

Our weekend stay in Lamtara 1 at Madinat Jumeirah was great and well-spent. All of us are indeed satisfied with the facilities and amenities within the building. Its location in front of Burj Al Arab was also a detail worth mentioning.👍🏻 You can literally have a view of the Burj Al Arab just right in front of your balcony which is amazingly beautiful at night.A great and ideal apartment for family gatherings/occasions and, of course, a staycation.This has been our home for a couple days with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a great lounge area where the couch can be a bed thats ideal for Netflix and chilling, and a very clean and tidy bathroom.Plus amenities that you will surely love - a clean gym and brand new equipment, seems like no one has used it once 😅... And the most exciting and our favorite part is having to enjoy the swimming pool as it is not crowded, clean and warm, with a great view of the Burj Al Arab.Thank you, Quintessential Quarters, for accommodating and giving us good price for the place👌🏻. Special mention to Gigi as well for being one call away for some assistance we need 🥰. Our 4-day staycation was really enjoyable, and we would definitely like to return and stay longer in the future.

Perfect location- only a couple of blocks from the Tram which takes you to the metro station and the other side of the marina if you don’t want to walk there, but, getting to these locations is very walkable, just depends on your preference! Beautiful Dubai Marina Mall is nice to explore in the evenings and plenty of eating options. Reception desk personnel were so nice upon arrival and throughout the entire stay. Peter and his team were readily available- just a short WhatsApp message away. Apartment was just as described and just what we needed for our stay!

An amazing booking, the unit provides a homely feeling with all the amenities and facilities required to ensure you feel right at home. Access was seamless and the unit was in a very ideal location that enables one to move from point to point with ease. Tram access was nearby and mini marts as well as eateries very close by. The marina was a short walk down the road and the Marina mall easily accessible from the marina walk way. A great place to stay and highly recommended.

The apartment has a wonderful view and equally wonderful host. There were some issues during the beginning of our stay but the host swiftly took care of that.There are snacks and fruit, along with water for the guests to consume, which was a nice, hospitable touch.Some of the things were not working like they should have been, but they were fixed relatively quickly considering my stay was during a public holiday.

We had a fantastic stay for one month in one of their apartments in Sobha Hartland. From the very start, our property consultant Myell was in constant touch through whatsapp to address all our queries and concerns! The apartment was exactly how it looked in the photos, clean and spacious, perfect for 3/4 people. Location was excellent, right on the marina and close to all restaurants/bars etc in the area. 10/15 minute walk to the beach also. The 24 hour mini supermarket at the building was also great to have for any small items you need. Having a pool in the building was an extra bonus. Communication with Peter, Nadine and the team was excellent and responses were immediate. Would highly recommend a stay here for a trip to Dubai!

The overall experience was great. The apartment itself, building, cleanliness and location were superb, however couple of turnoffs included swimming pool closure for a month for maintenance (that really upset my son), which was not informed by the host to us. Secondly the early checkout by 11am and the fines if you are late. Thirdly the reception refused to allow us to keep our luggage for a couple of hours.

The apartment is as advertised… well kept and close to all the attractions. One of the desirable places to be if visiting or staying in Dubai.The check in process was seamless and we were sent detailed information about the check in which was easy to understand and had no trouble getting inside.The apartment was tidy , clean and had ample supplies for our stay ( bed linens, kitchen appliances etc )The apartment even has a decent sized storage room for storing luggage etc.The master bedroom was a large sized room and storage m space was excellent.The second bedroom also was decent sized and spacious .Have a great collection of books to read from …. which I thought was very thoughtful and added personal touch to the place.The apartment is well decorated in Victorian style which was as advertised.The views from the room were spectacular… espy sunrise and sunsets .It is a really bustling place outdoors and thoroughly enjoyed our walks and great restaurants which are close by .The staff was very responsive ….. had a broken electric kettle. I texted the staff and got an immediate response and had a brand new kettle in the apartment within 2 hours or so ….very impressive.Overall for the location, amenities , service and value I wouldn’t hesitate to give it 5 starsWould definitely recommend it without any hesitation.

My family had an Amazing 2 weeks at this really clean ideally located 2 Bedroom Apartment. Everything you need from restaurants; to a free private beach & shops are 5 minutes away & relatively cheaper than downtown! Concierge & all the staff were unbelievably so helpful. I read a review before booking about the early morning call to prayers & how it disturbs....NOT true. Im a light sleeper & could just about hear it! Real value for money & well be back

The team is very helpful The apartment is clean, and big enough for a big family. The building is kids friendly and the staff are amazing. Easy access to the parking and the apartment’s location is just perfect. 5 min walk to Dubai mall. 3 min walk to the boulevard where there are many restaurants and cafes. There is a pharmacy facing the building and a supermarket 2 min walking under the building. Also the supermarket has a delivery option which made our lives easier. The balcony area is just amazing to chill at night with the family or friends. The kitchen has everything you need The bedrooms are wide and clean. Also the beds are comfortable. We loved our apartment and it made our stay way too easy. Thank you guys ☺️

Great Apartment and exceptional host:We had a great experience with this host. He was very responsive and responded to our queries right away even before we reserved his place – we needed to find out exact location of his apartment, as we wanted to stay closer to our family. The apartment is right next to the Marina walk and a few blocks away from the JBR walk. It is very close to the tram station that allows easy access to the rest of Dubai. The view of the Marina and the beach was truly stunning. They also let us check in early and bring our luggage in the apartment earlier, so we did not have to worry about it. The apartment was fully furnished, with beds, pillows, toiletries, etc. There are 2 king beds and a sofa bed with an extra mattress. The kitchen was big, and was stocked with pans and utensils. We were even given complimentary fruits, water and a liter of milk. It also included coffee along with coffee maker and French press. Overall, it was an amazing apartment and it made our stay in Dubai an amazing experience. We would definitely recommend this apartment / host.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The view of of the balconies are breathtaking. We had a little bit of a hard time finding it because there were a few building with the same name but once we did it wasnt hard to locate again. The host was very helpful even set up a group chat so we could all communicate. All the questions we had he answered. The apartment had lots of room and he provided everything we needed down to the towels. Our check out instructions were very clear and we really enjoyed our stay!

The unit was exactly as advertised which means super clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to family with small children. My kids(8, 6 and 2 y/o) felt so comfortable staying in Peters unit that they wouldnt want to go out. The location and view from the unit was also magnificent. A fantastic apartment to spend a holiday with the family. Extremely clean and well equipped. You can enjoy the amazing view of the Burj from every room while staying in an amazing location with a Promenade. You will not be disappointed with this property/-Suggestion- We rented the apt for 11 days and then extended it for another 3 days-I wish they would have provided cleaning services during the stay instead of asking for an additional fee to clean the house. There were no additional linens for the bedding. For additional bedding, there was an additional charge aa well.Having said that we were very happy with the place.

This is a great apartment with amazing views. It has been well maintained and very convenient. Just a few mins walk to the JBR beach and beautiful high floor views of the marina and the marina walk. Exactly across the marina mall and pier 7. Just a 15 min walk to the metro so you can get to affordable public transport easily. The hosts are amazing. We were welcomed with a bag of chocolate nuts, fresh fruit and a bottle of milk in the fridge. They even provided ample coupons (with the option of getting more if needed) for as many 5 gallon bottles of water we needed. All in all my family and I loved our stay at this property and the price was simply too good for this apartment. I’d have happily paid a bit more if I needed to.

I loved that there is a huge window where you can see a beautiful view of the downtown - no view of burj Khalid’s but other buildings you can see. The apartment is located on the 13th floor. There is a spinneys in the same building and a carrefour around 5 mins walk from the building. Dubai mall is 10mins walk. 5 mins by car to the boulevard. I liked the check in process which was simple through the card. There is complimentary water provided at the place. The hosts are super responsive and they used WhatsApp to respond. The place is super clean except the toilets which can use a little more cleaning even though to everyone’s standard it is considered already very clean. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the bedroom. The TV is not a smart TV and would have loved if it was. You have everything basic you need for cooking or heating food, plates, pans, cups, microwave, oven, water heater etc. also ordering food is very simple. Overall the amount I paid was really worth it and I enjoyed every moment of this stay. I would come back! Finally I loved the host Nadine and Stephen

This is a lovely apartment situated in the downtown area of Dubai. Peter and team have been quite helpful and the whole arrangement was fantastic. There was a provision of everything from kitchen utensils to laundry to even access to a gym and swimming pool which made the whole stay here completely enjoyable. There is a beautiful park just outside the apartment with a lovely view of the Burj Khalifa. A truly memorable stay for us!

The appartment was just absolutely great! First of all which was important for us, was the smart lock. That enabled us coming and leaving in the middle of the night because of our inconvenient flight times. The appartment was spacious with all bedrooms with big beds, own bathrooms and great views. There was good amount of space for clothes etc. and all in all there was all that you needed for staying and living there. What was superb were the two big terraces: one with sea/marina/city view (from this you could also follow the sky divers coming done basically all the time) and the other facing the marina - AND the direction of the terraces was just great, sun was never disturbing so we had breakfast on the terrace. There were some adapters for electricity there but recommend bringing your own too. Internet was good. The apartment was very quite, no sounds from other rooms or the corridor. What you need to keep in mind is that there is an own switch for many things using electricity. We didn’t first realize that each of the bathrooms has its own switch for water heater and we got pretty cold showers on the second day before we realized it :) What was also extremely good was the complimentary drinking water! You could just leave outside this huge empty tank with a coupon, send a whatsapp and in 1-2 days it’s full with water again. You don’t need to carry litres of water from the supermarket every day. The gym at the building was ok and the pool was actually even nicer than in the pictures. There was always lots of sunbeds and umbrellas free by the pool. And you could always find both sun or shadow to choose from. The location was really good! With a very very short distance there are very good reastaurants and more if you want to walk over the first bridge across the marina and even more when you take a ride or walk to the The walk. Everything on short walking distance but we sometimes took an Über to The Walk. There were also a supermarket very close to the building. I can highly recommend this appartment!

The place is in the center of the city and near to a 24h/7 supermarket, clubs and shops. The apartment was really clean and easily accommodated a family of five. The kids were really comfortable and loved it. Very close (walking) to near but cafe and groceries. La Mare beach is very very close and you can’t have enough of it.

We loved the apartment!!! NICE VIEW!! Very accessible, literally just beside the tram and metro station! They have provided 2 parking slots so if you rent a car you don’t need to worry where to park and no need to pay for a parking fee. They also provided toiletries! Body wash, towels, dishwashing soap, laundry soap and even a basket of fruits (which my toddler immediately ate when he saw the apples. Lol) Coffee, sugar and other condiments are also complimentary. My father loved their coffee (I also think they finished the whole jar and bought another one. Lol) Ms Gigi and her team are so hospitable and helpful! Will definitely book this place again on December! Thank you again for making our trip memorable!

Flat was big enough for 3 adults and 2 kids. It has several things for small kids like travel cot, high chair and stroller. The view is really great, you can see Burj Khalifa from the living room and even the fountain in front when the beams get a bit higher. The fitness area in the building is fine. There are two pool areas which is great, one on each side of the building. In addition there is also one pool for small kids. Overall we had a good stay!

Amazing location indeed, only 5 min drive to mercato mall, 10min drive to dubai mall and 15 min walk to La Mer public beach, 5 min walk to Spinney’s supermarket. I did a monthly stay at Peter’s place in Dubai - managed by QQ. Location is amazing and pictures are very accurate. Peter and the QQ management team were very responsive and communicative. Since I was working from the apartment, I actually made a request because wifi was quite slow for video calls. Peter and team called internet company and upgraded the wifi the next day. Truly amazing! The only thing I wish was improved - specifically for a monthly stay - is to include laundry essentials, and provide more paper products (toilet paper and paper towel). Had to go get those quite early in my stay and think future guest will really appreciate it! Overall, had a lovely stay - would and will try to stay again when I return to Dubai!

Peters apartment is a spacious apartment in Downtown Dubai. Its a 15 minute walk to Dubai Mall and the Fountain although in 42 Celsius you want to shower immidiately upon arriving home. Special shout-out to Ashok the concierge! Very very friendly, polite and helpful. All of them were. Very clean place, great communication, and it is in a pretty decent location. The only drawback is you will have to take a careem or taxi in order to get to the metro. This not big deal unless you want to use the metro all the time; I ended up just using a Careem to go places or getting pick up by friends. There is a 24hr grocery store across the street, which was awesome! I did not visit the Nabi Cafe(downstairs by the water) but it seemed like a cool spot to chill if you did not want to be far from home one night. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb unless you want to be close to the metro.

“Apartment is located on 30th floor gives you stunning view of Burj khalifa & downtown. Also they treated us soo well and there’s a super market just on ground floor of the building very convenient. I will surely gonna stay here again.
