    We stayed for 3 weeks, we really liked everything, the apartment had a stunning view of the Ferris wheel, boats, yachts, our children loved watching the parachutists from the balcony) pool and access to the beach!

    Hello Vacay Lettings team. I rented your apartment through Booking.com. The process was smooth and clear. Your booking manager always responded to my questions very promptly. It was especially nice to know the parking space number, I could easily rent a car. The check-in process went great, thanks to Aadil. He greeted us at the reception in a friendly manner, showed us how everything works and handed over the keys. We were calm and happy that the room window opened up a wonderful view of Dubai Marina. A little disappointed with the condition of the building and the amenities. The unit was well maintained and clean, but clearly requires updating. Because of this, the price looks clearly overpriced, but this is a personal choice. In general, the service of the company Vacay Lettings deserves 5 stars, the building is no more than 3 stars, the view from the window is 5 stars, the price raises questions for this quality of the building.     The apartment is in a great location we have stayed here before and thoroughly enjoy it. We hope to come back in the future.We had great service from Aadil as we had a delayed flight from the UK due to very bad weather. He made great communication with us and made it really easy for us after a long stressful day travelling. There is everything in the apartment you need for a perfect stay. The only downside for us was the pool was closed for 5 of our 10 days due to maintenance .

    Booked Iris Blue 302 or 304 now for various times, perfect location, perfect layout of the Apartments and very very high quality level of fit out, furnishings and equipment. Both apartments with nice water view, 302 with full! Marina view. Vacay check in/check out very easy and convenient, staff helpful and fast on every issue, if any. Hope to be back soon!

    I actually Booked a 2 bedroom appartement and stayed there with my family for 7days. Over 200 restaurants were accessible from the location. Carrefour Supermarket just a 2-3 minutes walk along the Marina. The apartment was an absolute Gem with spectacular view of the Marina skylines . Very clean, safe and came with parking. The apartment had 2 balconies, the one with outdoor furniture gave partial view of the iconic Dubai AIN Wheel. The metro station was within walking distance. The host really went above and beyond to make sure my stay in Dubia was a success. The owner even helped obtaining a tourist visa to the UAE. We just have to pay a fee and provide the requested documents in timely manner. The company had a security deposit for incidental but was fully refunded before checkout. The apartment had a few minor cosmetic issues like difunctional window blinds and a water heater issue in the kitchen but, the owner promised to address that at his earliest convenience . I can go on and on with my review and experience with VACAY LETTINGS… it’s a very reliable company!Feel free to book your next vacation with them.

    Absolutely loved the apartment. It has stunning views. Its in a perfect location it has all the amenities near by all walking distance.The apartment is spacious perfect for a family of 4 like mine. The apartment was clean when we arrived all ready for our stay.Any issues were dealt with efficently. Which i was really impressed with.Sabeeh was a brilliant host. From the start everything was well communicated.I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be staying here next time I visit.Thank you for making our stay easy.

    We Stayed in Elite Residence Dubai Marina and the Penthouse was amazing with beatuiful view of palm Jumeirah island ,pool ,gym and perfect view of Burj Al Arab from master bedroom. Mohd Shanu was a excellent Guest Relations manager, Caring , attentive and very prompt always ready with high standard of customer service. Definitely we will come back to book it.

    Booked an apartment in Beach Vista Tower 1 and the apartment was perfect with beautiful pool faciliated with gym and directl beach access from the building elevator.It was a great experience with guest relations manager Shanu. He was exceptional in providimg service and resolving queries.

    The apartment is very spacious and ideally located on the Dubai Marina walk. Swimming pool is brilliant. Ideal for families. The customer service rep Aadil was very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

    We had a wonderful stay at Vacay Lettings. It was a beautiful, well equipped apartment with a wonderful view from the 23rd floor. Clean and comfortable. Well located close to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Supermarket next door operates 24 hours. Very convenient and close to the metro.

    First of all, the location of the house is very good, 15 minutes walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Apart from that, the staff is friendly and the kettle broke down while we were at home, and when I asked for a new one, they took care of it and brought it back. We forgot our jacket after leaving the house, he contacted us and delivered it again. very reliable company. Thank you for everything

    Stayed for 4 days, the place is clean and the location is everything. There is a parking service which was highly important to me, the rooms are specious and there is 3 toilets in the apartment and fully functioning kitchen. The grocery at the building will make your life easier .Points needs improvement: the sink at one of the toilets needs maintenance as the water was taking too long to resolve. The wifi signal is a little bit weak. There is no cleaning service during your stay .

    It was an excellent experience. Apartment is at two minutes walk from Marina. JBR is just 15 mts walk. Apartment was clean and with Marina View. The Host Regin Hussain was a nice guy, pleasant personality and accommodating. Gas was not working but he made it fixed immediately. Good experience and sure will chose it again if we come again.

    It was an amazing experience.. I was visiting Dubai for the first time and this place was right in the middle of everything… right on the Dubai Canal and a nice view of Burj from Balcony. Property is very secure and staff was very cordial. Infact the apartment is better than what it looks like in the pics. Grocery store downstairs was cherry on top as didn’t hv to worry about anything. Very nice apartment for a family of 4 👌 Checkin and Checkout was very smooth. Thank you Jasy n Sabeeh!

    The apartement was great. We had a wonderfull time! The view was amazing and the apartment offers a lot of space. The host is very friendly and totally uncomplicated. Nothing is missing in the apartement and it has a direct connection to the Dubai Mall, so you can just walk in without going outside. I highly recommend it !

    I stayed in MAG318 tower. The location its great, a few minutes walk from Dubai Mall and Fountains. Wifi is fast and stable, swimming pool is amazing. The only thing is about noise canceling in the building, its not so good, basically you can hear your neighbors if they are speaking loudly. Besides this location, appartment, swimming pool and communication with owner is great 👍

    Great apartment in the perfect location on the Marina. The view was amazing, and there were lots of restaurants and shops close within walking distance. Sabeeh was amazing, very accommodative, flexible and provided some great insights into the local area. The only downside was that the apartment was starting to show signs of wear and tear.

    I was looking for a place near Dubai Mall to stay with family when we were in a vacation in Dubai two weeks in May 2022.Was recommended the Burj Vista Tower 1 by a friend.Decided to go ahead and make the booking.Received the confirmation and location details we went there straight from the airport were able to get an early check in.We were met by their representative Jessy who took us upto 1408 and wow the view was a surprise. Never seen such a view of the Burj Khalifa. The three bedroom apartment was on floor 14 and not only could we see the Burj Khalifa really close we could also enjoy the Fountain show and see most of it really well.The apartment was spacious very well maintained spotless clean linen and towels garbage bin and bins in all wash rooms ironing board, washing machine stand for drying clothes, cutlery ……. Centralised gas …… overall top rated home infra two TVs one a home theatre type.Children enjoyed it as they had space to run around within the part Ent and also the pool and play are at level 2.I would say - Excellent Apartment with every facility you would want- excellent well maintained clean linen and towels- enough toilets and bathrooms- over all a great experience

    Positives: Staff is amazing. Flat is clean and looks like at photos. Even noise from construction in front of the flat was not a serious problem. Large balcony with furniture and partial view to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Channel (partial - because of construction in front of the you balcony) is also good point.Negatives: The biggest problem is a soundproofing of the flats front door . Emirates guys are mostly nightbirds so be prepared that you cannot fall to sleep earlier that 2am, otherwise, youll be woken up by conversations, slamming doors and elevator signals which are very loud.My personal rate is : 4 from 5 because of noise

    I have stayed with Vacay Lettings and theirService is top class. Flexible checkout and check in which is a bit of a relief for a frequent traveller, and the best cost effictive properties in Dubai. Have the best amenities a property can fit in, their WiFi is extremely fast(last property I stayed in was at 290/90Mbps), their linen is top quality(am allergic to mites-especially dust motes and have never had a problem at their properties whereas even in other extremely high end properties they are a bit of hit and miss) and they are very responsive. Ask for Sabeeh, he is a wonderful property manager. To Vacay Lettings Kudos, I would have done a 10/05 if possible. Keep it up.

    The position is just in the heart of Downtown, just next to the Address Fountain Views and Dubai Mall. It’s so convenient for me to go to Dubai Mall every day without 5 minutes. And you can see the Burj Khalifa Tower View just in the balcony and from the bedroom as well. Amazing night view!! Highly recommend!!!

    Silicon Heights-The place is neat and comfy. Near to essentials, supermarkets, restaurants and fastfood outlets. The bus stop is also near and connectivity is good with bus running every 10-15 mins. We also enjoyed evening walks through the park. The host was sweet and really helpful.     Great location and apartment. You can get taxis out front pretty much anytime. only 12 AED taxi to dubai mall. Small grocery store across the street. Living room converts into a 2nd bedroom with panel folding wall for privacy. Great pool and gym amenities. Host is quick to respond and checkin and out was seamless. Highly recommended

    We booked an apartment in Dubai Marina Iris Blue. Wonderful view from the apartment, wonderful balcony, spacious apartment and has everything you need. But of course there are small disadvantages, the apartment requires cosmetic repairs, traces of use are very visible, some door handles are broken, the toilet lid is broken. Little things: no capsules for the dishwasher, only 2 towels, if you go to the beach, then of course this is not enough. During our stay, the swimming pool in the house was not working, it was no one’s fault, but it was still a small minus for us. Overall a very nice apartment with a great view and very spacious! Good location, metro and tram close. Thank you very much!

    I lived for almost a month in a studio in the Discovery Gardens area.I really liked the apartment. New appliances, very bright and clean room.     We stayed 7 nights in an apartment with a fantastic location. There were endless restaurants along Marine Gate, good opportunities to rent bicycles and electric scooters and taxis.
