New BBQ had faulty starter. Arranged for a replacement the next day. Broil King representative Waqas showed up on time with the spare part. Issue was easily fixed. Replacement with spare parts seem to be easily achieved and it is reassuring to know. Waqas left his contact and to call him if there is any issue. Very satisfied with the purchase and the excellent aftersales service -

I had an incredible experience with the service and support team! They were super professional and helped me out with installing my BBQ. They even came to fix the gas pipe that the gas company had mistakenly installed. The BBQs quality is simply fantastic. I cant recommend both the product and the service enough! 👍 -

I bought a 5 burner gas bbq from broil king last year. The service was excellent, they held the bbq for me until the summer had passed and i could take delivery. Chris came and assembled it for me, he did an excellent job, showed me how it worked and was polite and friendly through out. Chris has also provided excellent after sales service and remains in touch. I would highly reccommend the Broil king team and and the bbqs. Im very pleased with mine and it does a great job of cooking food well. Flavours and smell are abundant and is great to use. -
