I had a brilliant experience with Vanessa Harris. We had to visit one apartment with a very difficult tenant who did not allow us to enter the flat (even the viewing was confirmed in advance) and do the needful for a valuation process. However, Vanessa was so professional and she managed to do it. I am so happy and grateful for her professionalism and understanding the situation. I would highly recommend Vanessa and CBRE.
