We came during a weekday around noon to renew our Ejari. There was no lineup, one person before us. It was done in 10minutes ! We paid 222 AED at the cash register and the new Ejari was sent to us by email 30 seconds later. Very efficient.It’s in a Dubaï Municipality building with lots of services, similar to Al Manara Center.The only downside is paid parking: 10.5aed no matter if you stay 20 minutes or all day! There is no other space to park your car for free. There should be a free parking up to 1h (even 30 min…. sometimes you come there just to ask a question) or the parking ticket should be validated when you use one of the services.
